I haven’t even tried the food yet and I just want to say that the service here sucks. It says they are open from 11am to 11pm on their website/google - No where does it say the dining room is closed at 8:28pm.
Back story - My family and I are in town for a funeral. After a day of celebrating and spending time with family, we are tired. I decided to try this place that I have never heard of. We ordered online and pulled up. My husband hops out the truck to go inside and an employee quickly comes to lock the door. After another family had just walked out. We are like What in the hell. So we backed out of our parking spot and went to the drive thru - My husband asked about the inside being closed and apparently the lobby closes at 830pm. The employee could have said that. My husband said to me that he didn’t see anything posted on the window. It was dark.. so that could explain it. But still I feel that she could have said something to warn us. It was about 828pm when we pulled in. Everyone that comes there isn’t from here. Either the big black muscular man, driving a simple ford F150 scared the white people inside or they didn’t see him coming to the door. We just took our food and went on our way.

Read moreCorporate management is absolutely abysmal. I went to this location recently to order a box meal at the drive thru. I requested to upgrade the crinkle cut fries to sweet potato fries. I was told by the employee that this is no longer an option. The employee stated corporate just updated their policies and no longer allow this. What an idiotic business decision. You won’t allow a customer to PAY to upgrade a side item.
The employee stated that I could either order a separate order of sweet potato fries or I could purchase each item in the box separately, for a total cost of $5+ dollars more than the box! Instead of giving in to this insane policy, I drove off and took my business elsewhere.
I’m not blaming this employee. I’m blaming corporate for the decision and their decision to ignore me. I not only wrote to them about this on the form on their website, an email to the address they provided in these reviews AND in a Facebook message. They couldn’t be bothered to explain this dumb policy to me, so I can’t be bothered to give them any...
Read moreOrdered a #11 Meal (chicken tenders, any slider, fries, and a drink), and added house seasoning to the fries, through the drive-thru. No where on the menu does it state that adding seasoning to the fries is an extra $0.50 (not a huge deal breaker, but it would be nice to know). The house seasoning was either put on too much, or the seasoning itself is gross and overbearing. Completely ruined my fries, which I threw away and couldn't stand to eat (nor could my roommates). So complete waste of money! The tenders not sure if just my batch or if they're all cooked like this, slid right out of the breading, as it didn't stick to the meat. This made for a very poor experience and the meat had no crunch or flavor because of the lack of breading. I ordered my drink with no ice, and feel as though I received extra ice in the beverage (an Arnold Palmer (half tea/half lemonade)).
