People with PEANUT ALLERGIES BEWARE!! I went into anaphylactic shock after ordering a kabob wrap here. My husband called the restaurant when I started having symptoms to ask staff if there was peanuts in what I ordered. The staff said they didn’t use peanuts at all. This delayed us administrating my epipen because I have no other severe allergies and at that point we didn’t realize how bad my reaction was going to get. Obviously this could’ve had disastrous consequences. I ended up using the epipen and going to the ER. The next day I called the restaurant and asked again what exactly was in the food that I ate. The lady I spoke to kept insisting there was no peanuts in what I ordered. Finally, I asked if the meat was marinated in anything and she went to go ask. She came back on the phone and said “yes yes peanut peanut, you should have asked.” She went on the chastise me for not asking. I told her it was not on the menu and that we did ask. I wanted to write a review to warn others of this...
Read moreThis was a waste of a good experience for us. I ordered a carry out from this place for my family and I. I ordered a combination for 3 people with mixed meats and rice. It was such a small amount that we felt ripped off compared to what we usually get for the 3 person combo at a middle eastern restaurant, especially for the price we paid. The food wasn’t packaged well. By the time I got home, the food was already cold that I had to reheat it in the oven. The food was already dry and over cooked, and after just a few minutes of reheating, it was even more dry. The food did not taste good. It was disappointing. Oh & did I mention I had to wait 15 more minutes when they told me the food will be ready in 25 minutes? It made me feel so ashamed in front of my family for a choice I made after seeing some good reviews. I’m not sure what other people are thinking by saying that this place is so great. Those reviews are misleading. Never going back. Do not waste your time and money...
Read moreWhere I live I couldn't find a place to get lebanese food from close to home.. until today. I discovered this place that's within a mile from my house so I had to check it out. I am glad I did! I placed my order for chicken shwarma pita wrap and a salad with house dressing and rice. While waiting for my food a lady approached me and asked if it was my first time there, I said yes. She then engaged me saying how I will love the food and was happy I came in to give them a try. She continued to give me a free sample of their hummous along with extra garlic spread and lots of free pita bread.. I was pleased by this. The chicken shwarma was excellent, big in size and heavy in your hands so you know it was packed full of chicken and it was. The rice was moist and easy to eat.. and the salad was great since their house dressing is by far the best I've had yet. I will come back...
