Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Madison Heights

I have eaten at Hungry Howie’s every time I come to Detroit. The food is good, service when your in the store is OK. Tonight I called for a delivery, they took my order, then called me back and said my debit card didn’t go through. I looked at my bank account online and it said that Hungry Howie’s Pre Auth for $38.55. I told the guy what my bank said and he handed me over to Tiffany. She said that there was nothing in there end that showed my bank gave them money. So I drove down to the store to show her and now my delivery just became a cold drive in the snow. I showed her my bank and she showed me her system. I said well I can see we’re not gonna dove a damn thing here tonight. She said don’t cuss at me, I said I didn’t cuss at you and if the word damn offends you you are in the wrong business. Anyway she gave me the Managers name and the store phone number so I could dispute the charge tomorrow. My bank will have a contact name and number to verify I never received any food. She said we will make your order you just have to pay Again... I said a no thanks no need in spending $80.00 on Pizza. Anyway I have $38.55 hanging in limbo now for 5-7 business days. So I probably should not have asked if they knew a good pizza place nearby after all we were still Hungry. I should be Happy, I got Taco Bell for under $20.00 but no leftovers for our lunch tomorrow. I guess things happen, but as always I’ll probably take it in the back somehow. Hidden bank charges or the manager saying if he was charged then he was feed. Who knows I guess...

This location is hit or miss. Some orders are awesome and some are not so much. The last two attempts were enough to make me not want to risk it again. First was a pizza with no sauce no flavored crust I wanted and just blan tasting. Then recently I ordered again got two pizzas and cheesy bread. The pizzas were dreadful I wasn't sure if it was just my imagination so on slice two of my. Pizza I was like wow this is terrible sauce tasted sour. Flavors were way off. Kids cheese pizza was bad too. Bread was almost on point we all ate that just lacked usual amount of Seasoning. I decided to call and say hey last two Times I ordered its Ben subpar I explained myself. The man said well waht are you wanted out of this a new meal refund ect.. I said store credit would be fine ( even giving myself another chance at them. In the future) and he put me on hold to come. Back and said bring the entire meal back up for a refund. We all shared the bread so we didn't have the entire meal at that point. BTW we order from 19 and van Dyke for work lunch once a week and that location is the bomb. Like absolutely...

I’ve always ordered from Hungry Howies, I order through my app and I get it delivered, Today, The app was not working for that particular location that I’m ordering from. I called the location and I expressed that I tried to Place an order multiple times, but it would not go through. I also explained that I have two rewards on the app that I’m trying to use. The individual who was answering the phone told me that he is unable to use any Rewards. I told him who can I contact to fix this issue? he says he doesn’t know. I asked for a corporate number or any other number that I can contact and he says he does not know. I said how can we fix this issue? He hung up the phone. I called two more times he picks up then hangs up the phone. Very, very, very unprofessional. I order pizza 3 to 4 times a week and I just moved to this area. They definitely lost...
