Came in to get a glass replacement because mine was scatched. They replaced the glass but left white bits of debris and fiber on the black dial face. It's very visible. When I asked about the debris, the man became incredibly defensive, angry even, and claimed my previous glass had a hole which allowed for these particles to get through. A hole that he claimed to have used to pull the glass off. This all would have made sense, IF there was a hole in my previous glass. Unfortunately for him, there is NO hole. Nothing that would have allowed such debris through.
I had already paid at to this point and was simply looking for some honesty because mistakes happen. Another glass replacement wasn't going to break the bank for me but his attitude after I pointed out this error was just so unfriendly and unprofessional that I cannot and will not recommend this...

Read moreOn 7/13/24 I took several watches in for batteries. One of the watches was a Casio G Shock with a solar battery. I was told that if I get the battery, he would put it in. I purchased a battery on line. On 7/31/24 I went back to the store. While in the store the owner was getting frustrated with an Asian woman over a watch repair even telling her to go to Somerset (Tappers) for a repair price. Fortunately the other owner came in and dealt with the woman. At this point I handed my watch over to the first owner. He took the watch and then asked why I didn't send it to Casio. Why would I send it to Casio after he told me he would replace the battery? He told me he didn't want to put the battery in. I guess their good with dollar store watches, but fine time pieces are over...
