I came in with my kid today and was headed to the bathroom in a hurry. My son had to go and we were on a mission. First thing the lady said is uhm are you guys ordering? I said no, my son just really has to go. She proceeds to tell me the manager said we couldn't use the restroom unless we are customers. I said no problem we will buy a drink so my son can use the restroom. She continued to say no no no. He couldn't wait so we went to the restroom. I came out, grabbed a cup and there was a couple in front of us who ordered one small sub. There was 2 employees there total. The guy was cashing them out and the woman was making this sub. The couple cashes out, the employee didnt say a word to me, threw a pair of gloves on and went to help this girl make a sub that was already made while laughing. I wait patiently (about 10 mins total) he finally comes over says nothing. Pushes credit card machine and says should be ready. My child had to go dude. Today, Priscilla and Chloe were the stars of the show, saying they'd replace the incorrect items over the phone and once I arrive to pick them up, they changed their minds without notifying me, the person who's already in route to the store for pickup. Both women wouldn't look me in the eye, or acknowledge my concerns, and when I raised my voice to get someone's attention they proceeded to scream at me and demand that I leave the premises. All I wanted was the food I paid for, and the replacement I was promised. $37 bucks for maybe $15 worth of food. Not okay.

Read moreI wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Day too of my order being incorrect. I had to actually waste more gas to go to the location. When I got there I was offered zero customer service. First the young lady working (no name tag) checked her phone before acknowledging me as a customer. Then she said absolutely nothing just blankly looked me as if to say “WHAT DO WANT”. There was zero apology for my time and money that was wasted on their mistake. Like I said I was offered nothing but silence and a re-make of the wrap. She even wasted food by just starting to make it and not asking what should be on it. Then handed me the wrap with attitude again in silence and a dirty look offering no thanks or apology for my inconvenience.
