Massey's Pizza Sports Bar & Wings - Canal Winchester — Restaurant in Madison Township

I went on sunday 3/10/19. I take my son to different places on sundays to close out our weekend. I LOVE pizza and someone suggested that I go. So I did. My waitress was a young friendly girl I had no problems with her. I asked for onion for my salad and she brought them to me. I ordered a 12in all sausage and 1/2 with onion and banana peppers. I receive my food and I 1st notice the amount of onions and banana peppers it was alot...no worries about that either. To me it looked like my veggies were an afterthought. They were not cooked at all. I quietly say to the waitress. My veggies don't look cooked. I told her I don't want to complain. She agreed, because I asked her "do they look cooked to you?" So she said I can give you 20% off. I said Ok, Thank you! Next thing I know this man comes to my table with his NASTY! NASTY! NASTY! t-shirt did I say NASTY? lol and he stood at my booth too close to my food, I politely moved my food. He said "IS THERE A PROBLEM?" He was very aggressive. I said Hi how are you? I see his disposition towards me and I didn't want to make a scene. So I again tell him what I thought about my food. He proceeds to tell me that his boss or owner made the pizza and he put it in the oven for 12 mins. I said ok, but look at my veggies...ok long story short. He was aggressive and rude. I told him you are very aggressive with me, he apologized barely. I felt some kind of way and decided to pack my food up and leave. Oh he gave me 15% off lol and not 20%. We ordered Massey's Pizza from the Canal Winchester location last night after not having it in years but remembering it was great when we use to get it and were very disappointed. The pizza was really salty....not sure I would expect salt to even be used for a pizza recipe but they definitely don't hold back on it there! Our breadsticks came without the marinara sauce so our kids wouldn't eat them so the whole box went into the trash. The wings and onion rings my husband ordered were baked!? Who bakes wings and rings and has no mention if it on their website/within the item description......both boxes of wings and onion rings went into the trash as well and we were left trying to manage with the salty pizza but we just couldn't, I had made crockpot meatballs earlier in the day so I reheated those and that's what we had for dinner. $40 worth of food from Massey's went into the trash!! We will never order...

It was a busy night for the staff. There must have been a girls basketball tournament or something because the place was full. Our service tonight wasn't great. We sat and got greeted right away. Then after about 10/15 minutes(by this time the big group of girls was leaving) our waitress returned and took our order without writting it down. She returned with my husbands food and came back about 5 minutes later with my food. She placed the wrong order for my food(because she didn't write it down) needles to say, I was disapointed. I picked at my sandwich, didn't eat really any of it and I couldn't even let our waitress know because she never came back to check on us. This was our first time there and was let down by that. Never checked back, never asked if we needed a refill. I may or may not try this place again. I left...
