Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Madison

Just had the worst experience! Which is so disappointing since this place is only 2 miles from my house and I frequent this location regularly. So after picking up my pizza and returning to my house I discovered it was not what I ordered. I was slightly annoyed by the inconvenience when called to get it resolved but I made sure to be polite since this involved my food. The first female I talked to hung up in my face before I could even explain what happened. That is what upset me. When I called back the other female was also very rude and unsympathetic to the fact that my order was wrong and I was hung up on. I was explaining what happened but she didn’t want to hear it. She kept making excuses for the employee so I kept trying to explain how rude she was because there is no excuse. I guess I was keeping her too long so she said “I’m about to hang up on you too”. At that point I asked for the manager. She put me on hold and never let me talked to him. I had to drive up there. When I got there both of them were behind the counter talking about it and laughing. Alyssa and Jennifer (if that is even really their names).There were customers listening. It was just so unprofessional. I decided to just ask for my money back. The manager Tim was nice and apologetic but he refused to give me the contact information for his upper management. I should be able to report issues with my order without dealing with disrespect or rudeness. What upsets me the most is that I have to never visit this store again after years of coming here often. It’s a huge inconvenience to me to have to go to another location because two rude girls made me never want to visit this...

I am amazed at how much this location has gone down hill. Last time I ordered, our food was a half hour late, and then when it did arrive, it was missing half the order, which we had to wait over another hour to get. The store staff didn't seem the slightest bit sorry and didn't even apologize. When I asked for a partial refund or a credit since half my household had to wait an extra hour on top of the half hour the food was already late, they said they were adding a credit, but refused to tell me what it was for.

I wound up filling out their satisfaction survey and I got a call (I'm assuming from corporate) to ask about the experience. I told them about it, and they said they could see where the manager had added a $25 credit for my number.

So, I decided to give them another shot. First I discover that I cannot order online and use this credit, as it's not attached to my actual account in any way, only my phone number. So, I call them to place an order, and apparently the credit was then only $5 for some reason, and they essentially told me to pound sand.

I'll never be ordering from this location again, how good the pizza is doesn't even filter into the equation anymore. Every single interaction I've had with them over the last month has been negative. Even my call with corporate involved the guy that called me making excuses why it was understandable that they might forget half an order and then take over an hour to deliver the rest of the order, which arrived ice cold, given it had been made over...

My wife and I order pizza from Marco's often. They serve a fantastic pizza that's always cooked to perfection. Until last night, the only thing we've ever ordered was pizza... We know how good they make it - why try anything else?

Last night was different. I was hungry for something other than pizza, but my wife had it on her list. I found that they serve wings, so, being a frantic wing fanatic, I ordered those.

When I used to live in Atlanta in the 80's, I wrote for a column in the Creative Loafing. I was the secretive 'Wing Man' and I wrote about different wing spots in and around Atlanta. I've had my share of wings... and enjoy them to no end.

The wings I got last night were off the hook fantastic! The chickens they came off of weren't born a week ago - they were beefy and cooked to utter perfection! The sauce was perfect - it had enough heat to feel it but didn't make you beg for a fire extinguisher to put out the fire in my mouth!

I've tried a lot of places in the Huntsville area for wings and as of yesterday, Marco's is my place to go for fantastic buffalo chicken wings!

I just ordered a lunchtime order of those wings - and they were just as good as the one's I had the other night! By far, Marco's has the best wings I've put in my mouth in Huntsville... and please don't anybody comment about the place that's named after an insect... their wings were in an incubator last...
