Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Magnolia

Used to love this place until tonight when i received a box labeling flip flop order on a breadbowl my son ate mine because it was almost same as his chicken which i cannot eat.

The lady manager that was leaving said i can give you a coke! I said my son ate my dinner i cannot eat chicken she said was the order right?

Yes but they were in the wrong box mislabeled so the one that said chicken pineapple was pineapple onion feta and the one that said chicken pineapple was onion feta pineapple which i handed to him and after he wolfed it down he says why is an onion in my food? I said i dont know? Wheres my chicken? I said i dont know i looked at box which stated chicken pineapple its your food you sure you just got very little chicken?

Then opend my box that stated pineapple feta onion and low and behold chicken! But with alfredo sauce covering it and i had not eating any of it i thought it was feta cheese!

Luckily the man who was about to take my order and have a remake made at my expense i asked why do i have to pay for your mistake? He asked the just clocked in manager which said he would comp it. I would have eaten it and not worried about it but i cannot eat chicken i told them! If i had an allergy the lady manager had no compassion or understanding only hey we did the order right ill give you a coke!

I think this may be my last time eating here i have always gotten replacement if i got a messed up order until tonight which i could forgive no big deal but to be rude and not understanding that i cannot eat chicken is just not ok.

I tip the delivery drivers even the replacement pizza drivers when mistaken orders are given because they should not...

I never give such bad reviews but not a single experience with my order this evening was pleasant or worth giving flowers for. I ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas, bacon cheddar tots, and a ranch dipping sauce. They were all under my dominos account which so happens to have my maiden name. My husband went to pick up the order as I am pregnant and dealing with hypermesis. Although he said my first name (Noemi) which already is very uncommon, they wouldn't give him the order even after giving my marital and maiden last names so he had to call me. Which I could have let slide but when he reaches home with my order which had the cheese on my tots burnt to a crisp, I was basically eating cheese chips, and I never even got my ranch dipping cup. I'm so disappointed at the service and the quality of the food. Dakota did not have to give my husband a hard time for some low quality food. Considering there are so many people working in the back, I would think it wouldn't be possible to burn an order but maybe the hands at work just do not care about giving good quality and great...

Poor service no pizza. Called ahead for carryout after getting off work. Was tired and just wanted to go home and eat a hot meal. Arrived 20 minutes latet, paid for my order, waited 15 minutes...still no pizza. Finally, I asked about my order. It was obvious no one was going to help me, much less have a clue on the status of my order. After they spent approximately another 5 minutes looking in their small work area for my large pizza, they concluded it had not been made. They never bothered to tell me that the pizza had not been made. They just started to make one. I had to interrupt and say to them, that if they had not made it yet I just wanted my money back. I did not want to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza. That would have made it an hour at that point. I just wanted to go home. So they gave me my money back. However the manager or whom I assume was a manager, did not do anything to try to make this right. So again, poor customer service and no pizza for me. Guess I'll eat a sandwich tonight. Guess I'll just go to Pizza Hut next time I...
