Artisan Real Sourdough Bread Chef SEBA — Restaurant in Maine Township

I was craving some real good sourdough bread so I started looking around and I found Chef Seba on google, I saw really good reviews so I took that drive, its a bit far for my liking, any how when I got there I thought I was at the wrong place since it took me to an apartment complex, I immediately called Chef Seba and he gave me the code to get in and told me to wait for him in the lobby. He explained he works from home but has a nice set up in the lobby for people to just stop there and get bread along with other delicious pastries. So when you go dont be surprised. I got 2 loafs of sourdough bread and 1 scone, when I got home I made an avocado toast and let me tell you the bread was the star of the show!! you can smell the sourdough as soon as you open the bag and the flavor didn't disappoint! One of the best! Another thing worth mentioning is that today is a bit hot so before I left for the gym I placed the bread in the fridge, I dont want my bread to go bad right? Even though I thought it may get hard later but to my surprised I just got done eating another slice and my bread it's still soft and fresh like when I first got it this morning!! 🙌🏽😋 needless to say I will be back over and over again, thank you Chef 🙏🏼 for making such great quality bread!
