Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Maine Township

Passing through the area so my cousin and I decide to stop for the 2 for $25 deal. I looked at the menu and to my surprise nothing on the deal is friendly to pescatarians or vegetarians. I asked the server if I could just have shrimp instead of chicken or black bean fajitas instead of chicken. He said instantly there was nothing he could do bc no substitutions could be made and he would have to charge me fully if I decided to order that option. I ended up getting the chicken fajitas and just pushed all the chicken aside. Don't worry I packed it up and gave it to my cousin to eat later so it wouldn't be wasted. I know chains make it difficult for vegetarians but come on...if you don't have a single option on your deal for them that's a bit ridiculous. Not to mention the waste of food and inconsiderate way they treated my request. The chicken came pilled on top of the veggies which is fine...if the person wasn't previously requesting no meat. Having past experience working in the customer service world I was nothing but polite to the server and I still gave him a decent tip BUT maybe next time try to make the customer a little happy. Offer to have the chicken left off and more veggies, rice and beans! At the very least be a little apologetic for there not being an option to for those with certain dietary needs. Anyways I won't be back...

THIS PLACE SUCKS AND IS DIRTY!!!!! Unfortunately, this was one of my worst experiences at a chili's. I travel all over North America for work and business. I decided to sit at the bar to have a drink and order some food. The bartender/ server was more concerned with cleaning up the bar. Even the most simple service of would you like to see a menu??? What would you like to drink??? 15 minutes later!!! Pardon me, Sir!!! I see that you are completely overwhelmed with the four other people at the bar in a nearly empty restaurant . May I please have a double Jack on the rocks and ice water on the side. Rocks glass filled to the top with ice and a 5 count on Jack. It was impossible to try and even drink it without a straw. (Half rock glass of Ice and 8 count pour is standard)... Moving on to my food! I ordered chicken fajitas with "very little onions and extra peppers".

I had to ask for cutlery four times. Everything was sticky on the never wiped bar.

My food came out sizzling hot 🔥 with everything on it!!! I went and got my own fork since I had no other option. I picked out an entire side plate of onions 🌰 most of them not even remotely cooked after asking politely several times super light on the onions. Seven (7) pepper slivers is what I got. 1st off, I'm not a local guide as this stupid Google system says. You want to eat here! This Chilis is EXCELLENT! Stopped in here before returning the rental car and was so glad we did. Greeted with a smile and professionalism from the moment we walked in. Jade in the bar took care of us and she was fantastic! Had a little hiccup with the order and Jade didn't hesitate to rectify it perfectly. She gave us plenty of attention and outstanding service. This woman Jade is the definition of Professionalism! The young lady bringing out the food was helpful, seemed very happy and is good at what she does, was also fun to joke with, I'm embarrassed I didn't get her name to recognize her here. I apologize to her. The food was really REALLY good! I had the Grilled Chicken sandwich with Swiss Cheese, fries along with Chips and Queso, my coworker had the Sirlion Steak, asparagus, mashed potatoes and he said it was delicious. He also had never tried Chilis Queso that I recommend and he really enjoyed it. So glad I picked this Chilis and we stopped here before going into the airport.
