Ok. So being honest is the way. Management is young and not experienced at running a restaurant. I have been here several time do to proximity to my home and most times service is sub par. I am one who tries to empathize with people at work. Maybe they are new or have a lack of leadership to train them properly. So that is why I put the bulk of the problems on management Or poor owner/ corporate involvement. Either way they need to work on attitude presentation along with consistent guest service. After all I know what I am talking about. Been there myself. I was 15 when I started at McDonald's back in 1993. I was given a job and that meant responsibility and obligation to keep my job by performing to the standard set in front of me. Read moreI went threw the drive thru order a #5 Breakfast meal and order a Large drink instead of a coffee since I do not like coffee. The employee told me my meal was $ 6.94. I asked why the price was so high (I have order this meal at other McDonald and it has never been this much) The employee said that is just the price so I told him to cancel the order and then went to the next window and asked for the manager. The manager came and when I asked her why so much more then other McDonald's and why was I being charge separate for the drink when the meal included it she told me that is the price of the meal. I asked who else I could talk to and she said no one - I asked for the owners name she then hesitated and finally wrote the owners name on a bag with no phone number to call. This was not the first time I have had problems at this McDonald's I will NEVER go back!!!! Employees/Manager are rude and not helpful if there is any problems...

I got a gross burger with grilled onions, when I called to the manager the lady with a heavy accent who said she was the manager, picked up the phone.. didn't say hello McDonald's nothing while taking orders then eventually she says McDonald's,I try to calmly tell her what happened an she said NO SORRY we don't have burgers in the morning, in a loud rude tone like talking down to me , she wouldn't let me talk she just kept saying I was wrong, I said I tried to call you so that I wouldn't have to deal with corporate , but now I'm definitely taking this up before and I sure did but I thought everyone should know the manager here at the 530 ish pm shift doesn't care what happens to your food
