Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Mammoth Lakes

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, we ordered our food online and went through the drive thru and gave them the name on our order, we made sure the order was placed at the right location and we even had a confirmation email, this also isn’t our first time ordering online we do it all the time, so we pulled up the the window to show the worker the confirmation email, and a man who I assume is the manager, wasn’t wearing a name tag just a grey button up came up to the window and just said “WE DONT HAVE IT” without even bothering to check our confirmation email and everything, he told us we had to place the order when we were trying to show him it was already placed at this location he then rudely turned his back and told us to come in so my sister did, he then still didn’t bother to look at the confirmation email and kept saying he doesn’t have it without even checking their system. They were going to refuse us our food until my sister said “either give me the food or a refund” because we already paid $40 and the order went through on our end, they then asked what we ordered and made it incorrectly, missing items, and threw a burger at my sister when she said they missed a burger. Apparently all employees weren't awake at 8:45 this morning. Placed order in drive thru, for 4 sausage biscuit, she confirmed. 10 minutes later behind 2 cars, she got our bag in hand, and took another order & didn't give us our bag. While she held the bag, another lady walked up. We asked if she was manager, she nodded yes. We began to tell her the lady was holding our bag. This manager walked away. After lady completed taking the other order, she asked if we wanted salsa, we asked for cream sugar. She handed bag to us. Got back to room and had 4 sausage, egg, cheese biscuit. No cream, sugar (I had not checked my bag before we drove off). Threw away the egg, scrapped off cheese. Took back the other 2 and asked for money back. Found out lady was assistant manager. Asked for manager. Found out he was standing there all along and never jumped in to help solve the problem. Like the first 2, he never responded. I wonder now if they could speak English? We got our money back on those 2. Very frustrating breakfast event. Might as well talked to the wall about delay, wrong order and...

Like most. Carl's Jr. buildings that was made in the 80s and 90s.This one is lapidated. you can only make it look as good as possible until it just looks blah you know. i walk. Ed in the door I hear a couple.People go from talking english to spanish all this sudden but having a Mexican Grandma I understood everything. The young children were like wow look how tall he was which was like man I didn't ask god for this body. Eating your veggies and you can grow to be big amd strong one day too. It's only cause they were short for their age and seeing me at 6'2" is like seeing a giant to them. Gld to have the interaction. Food was got and fresh as the staff was on point with their service.
