It certainly isn’t common to review a place which has yet to open — I’d even say preposterous perhaps. But this review is far from preposterous.
I had the pleasure of being able to get a sneak peek into this establishment about three weeks ago, as its brilliant owners & designers are in the home stretch — and I found it to be simultaneously stunning, classy, and innovative. Just wait till you see the gorgeous high ceilings on the second floor of the building, the ambience they’ve worked so hard to create, and the garden outdoors on the east side of the building. All of these facets, as well as a number of others, will leave you wanting to return again and again. And that’s •before• the food & drink has arrived as part of the experience! When those quintessential components come together I can’t even imagine how incredible it will be. By the way, on that note: Spruce on Blackbridge is essentially like a restaurant, brewery, brick oven pizza parlor, and wedding venue all rolled into one place. But in the categories offered me, in order to establish this page on Google Maps, I had to select just one — and there certainly wasn’t an option which fit that description.
