Let me put it this way, no costumer should ever have to feel guilty for accepting service offered to them. A restaurant offers service of food to consumers and customers should be able to accept that offer without feeling like they are ruining people's day. I went in to get a banana split and had to ask them to withhold certain ingredients (the chocolate ice cream/pineapple), basically making the dessert actually way smaller meaning I'm paying more than for what I'm getting. Not sure why that would irritate them. The lady, middle aged brunette, who was already throwing pans around and being nasty to fellow coworkers gave me the hardest time possible. She made me repeat what I said three times and then went over it twice with me with the most "you're so over the top for this nit pick order" attitude. Sorry! I didn't know I couldn't adjust banana splits to my liking! Best part was when I walked away, a middle aged male costumer came to pay and she was perfectly respectful and kind to him. Grown woman bullying a little girl. Congrats 👍 🎉. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a literal banana with ice cream on it, additionally feeling guilty for ever coming in the first place and for making my order specific. She refused to hand it to me, barked at her coworkers to "give that little girl that banana split.". Best part, manager was there the whole time and did not say a single thing about the way she spoke to coworkers or me. Or how she was throwing cookingware whilst talking negatively about customers who were leaving. Awful service. Tell me you hate your job without telling me you hate your job. Ruined the experience. Not going back. Round the clock management should be very ashamed and embarrassed for the lack of...
Read moreBeen going here for years. Love the menu options. Love you can have breakfast any hour. Food is fantastic! Have yet to find an item I don’t enjoy. When I was anemic, I got liver and onions to help my count. Even that was good! Today, I was VERY pleased with the service. The waitress was so nice. My son and I saw the most fitting stuffed animal for our family member. Yes, I enjoy going to places that have claw machines. I can’t tell you how endearing it is to see your child light up when they get a prize from a claw machine. We met the owner, he was so nice! He kept asking if we won yet lol. Keep up the great work. You all went above and beyond today and I cannot thank you enough.
Update 6/13- got to have the pleasure of having Wanda and Shine Serve my youngest and I. Wanda saw us sitting in a corner and quickly offered us drinks. We were not waiting long, but she made sure our server came over asap. Shine was our server who apologized for our wait. My son adored shine! He said he was very nice. And he really was. He got down on knee level to talk to my son and held a conversation with him. When my son asked where he was from, shine excitedly told him. great personalities we came across at the restaurant...

I Ordered Some Orange Juice & They Gave Us The Plastic Straws With Clear Sleeves. We All Placed Our Orders & While Waiting I Drank Half My Cup. The Side Salads Came & They Asked For Some Cheese To Add On Top. (Below Is What They Got But Im Sure Ive Had The Shredded Cheese Here) Started To Stir It Just Because & I Saw A Wrapper In There. I Checked The Table Looking For The One To My Straw & Sure Enough It Was Right In front Of Me. After Telling The Server, Another Women Approached Us. With A Blank Stare & Stern Voice Holding Up The Cup She Utters That Its A Straw Wrapper, After starring For A Few Seconds She Walks Away.(There Was No Need For That. We Already Figured Out What It Was & Felt That Her Approach Was Unprofessional) At This Point I Was No Longer Hungry Because All I Could Think About Is Who’s Wrapper Was In My Cup?? I Had Returned My Food While The Burger Wrap Someone Else Ordered Was Cut In Half But Barely Had Any Meat In It. Im Going To Be Giving Them A Long Break Hopefully The Next Encounter Is...
