Big Mouth Pizza — Restaurant in North York

We had delivery schedule for a business "working lunch". Pizza was suppose to be delivered at 11:50. I called at 12 and was told they would be right here. At 12:23 I phoned back to say that I would just go pick up fresh pizzas, as there was no way the pizzas were going to be hot 33 min after they were suppose to be delivered. I was told they would make fresh pizzas and deliver them in 10 min. At 12:29 the original pizzas showed up..I had to explain to the driver that we weren't taking them...as No one from the shop called her. At this point it is 12:32..I have a conference room full of people and still...No pizza. Called again at 12:44...there was a guy in the background EXTREMELY RUDE telling the women I was speaking with to let me know I can take it or leave it... It may be good pizza...but I can say that I will Never order from them again...waiting an additional hour past delivery time is one thing...but the absolute RUDE attitude is quite another!! there are plenty of other business' that will deliver to our business that would appreciate it! 12:52 Pizza...

Like where to start this is the worst food ever 😫 honestly thee worst. Their attitudes and I mean no disrespect it was like I was watching junkies in the kitchen they keep looking at you they take their time you are waiting for like an hour just for you food. Then to top it off the food was awful 😖 if your gonna sell subs learn how to make a proper cheese steak sub. I watched them the put no season on the meat and a couple of slices of cheese. I asked for everything on it and they just put the meat on this thick sub roll with a large had full of lettuce and only 2 wipes of mayo on a whole sub like really 😒 these wannabe fake cookers. I am so disappointed I mean words connot explain and I will never eat from there nor recommend for anyone to eat here and honestly rutters food...

The people there are great! Friendly, courteous staff, great food. We have never had anything delivered, but pick up orders from them once or twice a week. Great pizza, yummy, homemade pizza crust subs. We love the chicken steak sub with caramelized onions, lettuce and tomato. Loaded cheese fries with bacon are yummy too! I think tonight we will try Stromboli. Reading the comments, I'd just like to point out that while there are some employees who have been there a while, there are also new employees that come and go. If someone had a bad experience, they (the employees) may be the ones who are now gone. I have never had anything but good things to...
