QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Manchester Township

Better than chipotle and heres why. For one I have celiac disease so its hard to find places to eat and burrito bowls have become a common choice when I want to grab a quick bite. Qdoba for their burritos and burrito bowls offer a regular and mini version which is great because I cant tell you how many times i was hungry but knew I couldnt take down a whole bowl and ended up throwing a third of it away. Also qdobas actual bowl they put their ingredients in is larger which is nice as I get about the same amount of food from both places and at qdoba I can eat without spilling when at chipotle i feel like I'm performing surgery just to get my spoon full. Speaking of spoons, qdoba has opted for a round soup style spoon as opposed to chipotles narrow spoon making it easier yet to eat qdobas bowl. As far as flavor the things they have in common are about the same in quality and taste. However, qdoba has brisket which is amazing and still has chorizo when chipotle has taken it off their menu. Not to mention qdoba offers queso, quac, and bacon without an initial up charge unless you want extra. Will be going to qdoba more often. Step up your game chipotle. Only gave 4 stars because the service leaves a little to be desired. 2 girls behind the counter seemed a little distracted and inattentive but this is my first time here so opinion...

Placed an online order Fri for curbside pick up. My husband goes in the store after finding an error with the order. Was told immediately by the lady at the counter, “you’re not getting anything for free” My husband responded that he didn’t want anything for free he just wants the right order. Another employee insisted that’s what we ordered. Unfortunately my husband did not have the confirmation email to show them they got the order wrong. I have my email confirmation order and a copy of the receipt printout that was on the bag and whoever pulled my online order can’t read or definitely read it wrong. I wish I would have been there. I’m so upset that this person at the counter immediately thinks we wanted something for free and insisted we got what we ordered. I filled out the Guest relations form on their website on the same night and it is now Wed and have not heard from anyone. I guess they don’t care how their stores are doing. Never ordering online since they can’t even get your order right when the entire order is written out in detail. My online order# was 676678371. The order was 1 reg bowl, 1 mini bowl and 1 taco. What they gave us was 1 burrito, 1 mini bowl and 1 taco. And just so you know, not all people wasn’t anything for free but we all expect to get what we ordered...

It was horrible. I’m never coming back here. literally wish i could give negative stars. First of all when i walked in there was trash all over the tables. Then I was waiting at the register because I had done an online order and didn’t know they just have them sitting on a shelf right inside the door for everyone and anyone to take, and as i’m waiting the girl is just standing there on her phone for 2 minutes until she asks me if im picking up and order and just points at the shelf. We ordered two burritos. Neither burritos had guacamole, sour cream, queso, pickled red onions, basically was missing half the stuff we ordered besides meat, a whole lot of rice, and a few beans and little drop of salsa. I just don’t understand, I work in a restaurant and it’s not that hard to get orders correct. I also have never written a review in my life but this really pissed me off, and i hope no one else has an experience even close to this. So maybe just don’t make a mobile order i guess i have no idea. It’s just with how expensive food is and this is what i get? I strongly recommend the Qdoba at park city mall in lancaster.
