The business is a 5 stair but only can put a 3 star because some of the employees are rude ever time i go to get my order their get my order wrong all the time or im missing something out of my order. Just a few nights ago I stopped in to get a coffee and their was a person was going to go into a diabetic attack and asked the employee at drive threw to help him and all ahe could say is I'm sorry I can't all i can do is call 911 and that he needs to leave the window when all he needed was an orange juice to raise his sugar. He was also willing to pay for it. Me being a diabetic myself and known how it feels when your body shacks and you can't control it. I myself went to drive threw showing I wanted to buy and orange juice for him and she turned me away. That really bothered me to the core. Me working in a fast food restaurant we would never turn anyone away when their in need of help. That just showed me that people don't care this day in age. This man was almost passing out when I got to him. Thank god my daughter and I known what to do and our quick actions was able to get his sugar up to were it should have been. Read moreI've been coming to this Duncan's for seven-plus years this past Monday I came in and ordered the same thing that I have ordered for seven-plus years. My total every morning is 844 as of the last couple months with the prices went up. On Tuesday when I came through and order the exact same thing I was told it was 9:20 I questioned the cashier. He told me it was because of what I got in my drink but it's the same thing that I've had every time I order it. After asking him if he would explain to me why the price difference he rolled his eyes at me and walked away from the window. When he came back to the window a third time I asked him to get me someone else to help me. I do understand it being really early in the morning but I really thought that that was poor customer service. Read moreI like the staff. I have been coming to this location for 3 years before work. Forget about walk-in ordering with the app . They just can't get it right. I even ordered 20 minutes ahead, and it was still not right. The coffee was there, but not the rest of the order. Or it's left behind the counter, and you have to come in, wait in line, and ask for it. I was told that the high schoolers steal the pick up orders sometime, so they hold in behind the counter. Okay...that's not the customers problem. Several times, it hadn't even been filled when I came in to pick it up. I had to wait in line anyway. The front counter is always sincerely apologetic , but honestly, how many times can you apologize for the same thing? Lesson learned. Drive-thru only. It's going to take 5 to 20 minutes regardless.
