Do not use online order here, honestly don't even stop in. The attitude I received from the employee was ridiculous. Im 9 months pregnant, and had an 18 month old with me. I placed an order online to make it quicker and paid extra for several toppings and double meat. I got a sandwich and a wrap. The sandwich had no sign of double meat the "special requests" was ignored (only asked for red onions on half the sandwich) the wrap was the size of a footlong "dippers" paid $13 for a wrap that thin. There was barely anything inside it. I get it I am pregnant I get weird cravings but when I select "more" for pickles and cheese and get no cheese and 3 pickles Im gonna be upset. I showed up before she even made my wrap and as she made said, "Would you mind if I get much more pickles on that?" I got a snark "Im not done making it" apparently she was done with that topping and just didnt want to acknowledge the fact that she was ignoring the order I took time and paid extra to make. They're ridiculously rude, and exchange these weird looks. The couple in front of me were ordering veggie patties on their sandwhich and the workers continued to make snark comments and exchange these glances of distaste. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. This Subway at 172 Deming Road Manchester, CT. Has one specific employee, let’s call her “large Marge”, that does not need to be anywhere near a customer.
I ordered online while standing in the store. At this time it has a 20% coupon for app orders.
Long story short, she insists that I can’t tell her how to make my sandwich because it wasn’t in the “special instructions” on the online order receipt. I said, I’m standing right here why would I right “special instructions” when I can just tell you? “Either I make it my way based on the receipt or I listen to you, I can’t do both!” Was her response. She continued to go back and forth with me until finally I just asked for a refund.
