Arby's — Restaurant in Manhattan

when i think of going out for fast food arby's usually isn't the first thing that comes into mind. it has been about a year since i last went to arby's - then i was shorted 2 classic chicken sandwiches. the young lady i spoke with on the phone's name was amanda. she assured me that all i needed to do was tell them who i was and that everything would be taken care of. HA !!! when i tried to redeem my missed sandwiches & explained my situation they had no idea what i was talking about at all. today now a year later same problem. i was offered a replacement sandwich and when i explained my reluctance and was offered no other restitution things came to a grinding halt. this isn't the first time arby's has been less than stellar either. all the more reason for arby's to be the very last thought that comes to me when thinking...

Hubby ordered a French dip with Swiss and added lettuce, tomato, onion and red ranch to it. It came out with no Swiss on it. I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip with small mozzarella sticks. The first tender I grabbed was nice and fresh, the last two were tough and lukewarm. The mozzarella sticks were also lukewarm or cold. My spouse bit into one and showed me the middle and it was like cold cheese. The fountain machine in the lobby was down so they asked us what we wanted to drink. Destiny is the reason I choose Arby's. Hearing her voice on the drive thru makes me happy because I also work in customer service and it's cool to have guests who remember your name and look forward to seeing you. I feel like we're almost friends. I actually had time to come into the lobby to order today instead of drive thru and spied her working hard away with the rest of the crew in the kitchen. Consistently by the time I pull around, it's less than a minute from paying to when they hand me my meal. Thanks Arby's team! God...
