Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Manhattan

My review is based off my experience with this specific location (there is another pizza hut location in town).

• I always pick my pizza up and has never actually sat down at this location so reading my review is based off ordering on the app and picking up my food in the drive-thru window.

My orders have been to spec EXCEPT my bone-in wings. I'd usually ask for them to be cooked two full cook cycles and they won't MOST of the time. I figure I'd add some extra money for a tip and maybe the person I spoke to when I physically called would kinda make sure that happens and once in a blue moon they would.

Their wing prices are astronomical compared to all of the other wing places in town so I expect to receive my wings as specified but despite calling immediately after placing my order via app, I still have to pick my wings up thinking it is a gamble on whether they are cooked as asked or not. And then you have to wonder if they glazed them with enough sauce.

One recommendation I have it is to revise the Pizza Hut app to allow orderers to select (well done...

I've been sitting here with my 3 kids ages 6 5 an 3 for my son's birthday we have been here for 45 mins an a total of 9 people in the building to eat it took 30 mins to just get our order. The people besdie us had been here for an hour an a half an still have yet to get there food they ordered. We ordered an appetizer an haven't gotten it yet. It seems like they have 2 high schoolers who have no clue what they are doing.. very disappointed with the service I have gotten for the time we were here an when we asked for a manager we never spoke to a manager. In this hour then same 3 tables have still been dirty with olates an the staff is just standing by the register not doing anything. Really hope some things change around here an better management comes this is by far the worst service I have had in a pizza hutt Definitely won't be visiting anytime soon.

The service inside this restaurant is horrible. It hasn't been good any of the 10+ times we visited in the last five years, but today was the worst service I've ever seen. We waited 10 min to be seated while 6 tables went in front of us to pay. One waitress during that ten minutes was not helping anyone. Then we were finally seated. Our waitress took another ten minutes to get our drinks even though she did nothing for that ten minutes except stand around and talk. The buffet was never restocked the entire time we were there. We were told they were making a dessert pizza so we waited 15 minutes only to have them box it up and give it all to another table.
