Made a reservation for me and my wife's anniversary. Parking was kind of far during the time we went. When we got there the hostess got us in relatively fast with our reservation, but was mute the whole way to the table. Had us sit down and said "enjoy". No who our server is or how long. Server was somewhere that night. What kicked it off of the disappointment was the seating. I'm under 180lbs and the seat cushion in the booth felt broken and lacking support. The server then shows up, asks us for our drinks and walks away. This is no problem, but took a while (seemed like 10 minutes, given it was only water). The waitress brings the water then orders our food and drinks. Doesn't ask us anything about specifics of everything being okay, that's okay but could for some people as for issues. The food shows up before the waitress. The waitress needs to bring non alcoholic drinks and the food was more timing but food won. We got the food and that's where this review got really bad. The presentation was great, biting into the food from the sauce was on point. Noodles tasted a little off for some reason, the bacon tasted as if it was sitting all day (crisp and rock like), the chicken was way over done, the peas tasted like they were sitting a few weeks and from a can. I've always touched it through, so I just ate it and shut up because I'm trying to enjoy this for the night. What made me mad is the fact that this food was so intolerable for my wife that she could only eat the noodles. The chicken on hers was way over done (even worse than mine, damn near inedible) and the sausage just had a cafeteria like taste. When we got done we were offered a takehome thing for my wife's food. It was so nasty that we both said forget it. I still tipped that waitress because I'm not thing to create a scene or make the night worse for others that have the waitress. For real though, one of, if not the worst experiences for food I have ever had and it really was not hard to mess up. We chose between like 10 different restaurants that were new and chose this. We both strongly regret our choice.
To top it off, I felt like I wanted to puke all night and barely got any sleep. We both believe it was from the food from this restaurant. We also, had to go to trader Joe's to get more food as my wife felt hungry from eating such a lack of food.

Tucked away in its quiet corner, Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano offers an exquisite escape into the heart of Italian cuisine. Our recent visit for a team lunch was nothing short of splendid. Even though it was a weekday, the restaurant buzzed with a vibrant crowd, a testament to its popularity. I observed that Biaggi's seems to draw an older generation during lunchtime, whilst the evening sees a mix of demographics, making for a lively and diverse atmosphere.
Reservations at Biaggi's are highly recommended. With its soaring popularity, particularly during dinner hours, securing a table can be a challenge. But the small effort of making a reservation promises an experience well worth it.
The food at Biaggi's is impressive. Every dish we ordered was beautifully crafted, bursting with authentic Italian flavors. The portion sizes are generous, and while the pricing leans towards the higher end, I firmly believe it reflects the quality and quantity of the dishes served. The variety on offer is commendable too, catering to a range of palates and dietary preferences.
The ambiance at Biaggi's is charmingly elegant, a perfect backdrop for a cozy meal. They also offer outdoor seating, ideal for smaller groups looking to enjoy their meal amidst a breath of fresh air. For larger groups, their spacious indoor seating area serves as a comfortable arrangement.
One thing to note is that Biaggi's might not be a part of a walkable neighborhood filled with other attractions. It stands as a destination on its own, a place you drive to specifically for the dining experience. But I assure you, if you are a fan of Italian cuisine, this little detour is a journey you'll be more than happy to make.
In conclusion, Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano, with its inviting ambiance, scrumptious food, and attentive service, is a must-visit destination for Italian food lovers. Its charm lies not just in its delicious offerings but also in the very essence of the warm and vibrant dining experience it provides. So the next time you find yourself craving a little slice of Italy, you know...
Read moreWe were so hoping Biaggis would be a good Italian alternative for the area. Unfortunately, the service experience was such a disaster, we left knowing we'd never be back and would steer our friends clear of this place.
I'm not sure if this is normal, but our waitress told us we had two servers that night. Great, but maybe not. After getting water and bread hurriedly dropped off, they ignored us completely for the next 10 minutes, each walking by our table several times. Meanwhile the table next to us who'd arrived after us, had their order patiently taken by their server. It wasn't that busy for a Friday night at 7 pm and the bar area was almost completely empty (I guess that should tell you something about the restaurant right there). I really do think each of the servers thought the other had taken our order (the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing). I ended up having to flag one of them down to take our order, who then said she'd get the other one (she was too busy). After complaining about being ignored, both servers became defensive and said they'd get the manager (I hadn't asked for the manager, we just wanted to eat). After another five minutes, without the manager coming to our table, we decided to leave (more than 15 minutes, completely ignored, no order taken). I did stop to talk to the manager on the way out. Although saying she was sorry for our experience (but without any interest in solving our service issues), she seemed mostly just glad we were leaving. I can't remember ever having had such bad service over the last 30 years of dining out. I guess we will keep going to Red Lodge and Buca down the street, where we've enjoyed meals a dozen times or more without any of these kinds of issues.
I am fairly sure we had bad luck with incompetent servers and timing. These things happen. The biggest problem is that the manager completely failed to step in and solve the issue in any way. I will also plan to reach out to Biaggi's corporate team to let them know about the serious lack of management at their restaurant in...
