Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Maple Grove

My cousin ordered delivery from this location and had it delivered literally right next door so that she didn't have to leave work, as the person only had to walk next door she chose not to leave a tip. As the delivery guy left he flipped off my cousin and her coworker. When they called and asked to speak to a manager the same guy answered and said he would put a manager on the phone but never did. He then came back over to the store and accused the girls of lying. After the girl's manager was called to handle the situation the Jimmy Johns manager started getting personal saying that they were just "b**ches with nothing better to do". Very unprofessional and uncalled for, tipping is optional and reward for good service or additional hardship. I hope the franchise owner sees this and fires them if for no other reason than they are bad...

Placed a very large online order this evening. Ordered about a half an hour ahead of time to ensure thry had plenty of time to make the order. Arrived at the store to pick up the order, thinking I could run in and grab it off the shelf like most places....Nope. Had to go around to the drive thru and sit in line for 15 minutes waiting for numerous cars in front. This happened to me a week or two ago, but that time I was able to run inside after calling a number to have a staff member open up the door to let me grab it...no problem.

I get that staffing is short, but there has to be a better way for carry out, than simply funneling everyone through the drive thru.

With that being said, the sandwiches were delicious, and the order was perfect. Love this place...just figure out your carry out...

I went and ordered two sandwiches, one sandwich was perfect. The second sandwich had lettuce and mayo, neither was asked for. I went back, asked for the same sandwich, just without the lettuce and mayo, I named the ingredients I wanted. Well, I get home with the newly made sandwich, and it had even more ingredients on it. I was able to call and refund the order, only after being told the excuse that "it's what it said on the ticket", even though I literally named every ingredient that I wanted at the window. This was at around 8PM on 10/17 if any managers are interested. The crew during the day is normally great, but this was nothing...
