Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Grove

I'm not one to write reviews but I love papa murphys pizza and this one is close for me.This location has gone way down hill in the last year. The staff is lackluster and seems not interested. On one occasion I purchased a salad that turned out to be brown. When I brought it back I was told there was no manager on duty but they would call me to make it right. Never happened. On multiple occasions I've ordered online and the pizza has been made on the wrong crust. Tonight my half and half pizza had both toppings over the whole thing. Aside from this the restaurant is starting to smell musty and like old cheese. Its visibly filthy with greasy smears and has a grubby shabby appearance. I shudder to think how the back looks or the coolers. Corporate needs to shut this down for a few days for a major scrubbing and audit this...

We've had back to back very poor experiences in our first two attempts at orders at this Maple Grove location. The first time we ordered a large pizza and cheese bread. We paid for both items in advance but only received the pizza in our order. We called back and were told that they would add two free cheese breads to our next order. We asked how we would get the free order and they said don't worry we have a list. Today we ordered again and asked for our free cheese bread and were told there is no such list. We asked for the free bread given we had already paid for one last time and were told a manager would contact us. Unfortunately, no one contacted us. It's one thing to put up with mistakes and poor service but not getting items we've paid for is why this...

I got the Tuscan Chicken and Sausage with regular crust and it was tasty as always. I want to give a special shout out to Mollie. She was the only one in there that was actively working with three customers and the phone ringing. Twice she was making pizza and the phone rang, she politely asked if one of the two workers in the back would answer the phone when it rang multiple times (I assume so she didn't have to de-glove multiple times) and one said no and the other just stood there and didn't answer.
