Rally's — Restaurant in Maple Heights

NO STARS; On 9:15 about 8pm or do I was greeted with I'm we're only taking UBER EATS orders. WHAT. We're only taking UBER EATS orders. I'm sorry. I pulled off called my family told them what I was just told and that the parking lot had one vehicle and the people inside of it was eating. I was told go back and video record the parking lot so I turned around as I come back to the parking lot the same car was still there. I asked the driver was he with Uber Eats, he replied NO and that he had just received his food when I had pulled in the first time. So now I'm real angry because your employees that is to take orders didn't feel like working. So now I back up so I can get back to the drive thru and there are four cars in front of me and they are getting their orders taken. Now it's my turn and I make my order. The young lady asked me for times what my order was and each time I repeated the same 2 spicy chicken, 1 baconzilla sandwiches loaded fries Carmel sundae and strawberry shake. My order is $17 and change. I get to the window I get everything but the shake. Young lady says you weren't charged for the shake 😖😖😖 I blow the F-up now I repeated my order four times and the order taker did the same y'all play too F'ing much bcs I just pulled away bcs I was told you're only making UBER EATS orders. I asked them for my shake and to NOT SPIT in it since I just blew the F-up. Their reply was ma'am I didn't spit in your food. I looked at two females in disbelief bcs they couldn't comprehend a simple request. So I broke it down. I SAID DON'T SPIT meaning it hadn't happened YET. So I'm charged $4 for my shake and I leave. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST RALLYS EVER. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY NEED HELP THIS BAD TO HAVE EMPLOYED THIS...

First time at the new location. It was terrible. 40 minute wait in the drive thru. I ordered 4 hamburgers plain, large fry, and a drink. I get my order and pull over to eat. The 4 four plain burgers were 4 regular cheeseburgers. I go inside and wait another 20 minutes for them to make me 4 plain hamburgers while my fries got cold and my drink (which was 70% ice and 30% drink) got turned into water. They even argued with me and told me to "just eat the cheeseburgers" when I went to return them. Never going back to this location. When I went inside they had A LOT of workers. More than I've seen at any other Rallys. The problem was most of them were standing around and talking to each other or playing on their cell phones while they had 10 people inside waiting in line and both drive thru lanes filled out to the street. Absolutely awful.

In response to the owner. In other words you don't care and are going to continue to allow your employees to destroy your store and run it into the ground. I give it less than 6 months before this place is closed. No one is going to come back with consistent 40 min wait times, rude workers, and incorrect orders. You're not the only rallys location on earth. I will continue to go to the w150th location when I'm in the area. They have outstanding service. You obviously don't care...

Terrible service. Been here about 4-5 times and the dining room has been locked up in the middle of business hours at least 3-4 of those times. The one time it was open the bathroom wasn't so it's pretty much useless to go inside.

The staff are basically useless. They literally look at you like they want you to die. That's the vibe I got more than once. They're so useless that they can't even talk on the speaker, they have to have some AI voice take your order, probably because they're so rude when they used to have to actually talk the people stopped coming. The individual at the drive-thru window was mean mugging me, carelessly dropped my money into my hand as it almost blew away and the change just fell on the ground, absolutely no apology whatsoever. Couldn't even be bothered to lean an extra couple of inches to hand me my stuff so I had to open my door and lean out to get my drinks and my food.
