Antonio's Old World Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Shade Township

So I tried this place when it first opened. The rustica pizza was amazing. So I tried it again we got the food and it was bad the ricotta cheese was sour which means it was bad. So I tried it again. But this time the delivery girl was in the wrong apartment complex after an hour and a half waiting for my food I called the store and she said she came back to the store and was stressed out smh so I had to picked it up myself and the rustica was cold and not cooked all the way. So I tried it one last time Called in for delivery at 9 pm got a call at 9:45 they asked if I wanted to put a tip on the order they never delivered my pizza I called and they said they knocked and I wasn’t home the drivers name was Ray. I believe he ate my pizza and took the tip so I say to people that want to order from here DON’T!! I placed an order from my job for delivery which I paid for with my debit card over the phone. When the order arrived they had it under the wrong name. The secretary in the lobby told the delivery person to leave and she will figure out who it belongs to but didnt sign the slip. I checked my bank account the next day and realized they charged me $6 extra . So I called the restaurant and waS told I had tipped the driver &6. I explained to hom no one signed the slip and no one tipped due to the fact at the time of the delivery it wasn't know who the order belonged too. The delivery girl told the owner a young guy signed for it and wrote the tip on the slip which was a complete lie. Wow so I have ordered from this pizzeria a numerous amount of times. Then I call for the first time because my pizzas did not have the correct topping and I received an attitude. The lady told me I could order the pizzas again and not be charged for the extra topping. I am sorry but I am not going to get two extra pizzas because the person who answered made a mistake (that would go to waste). I confirmed my order again before paying and the girl answering the phone confirmed the order was correct and the price went up because of ordering extra toppings and delivery fee which is expected. But the way the staff answered the call was completely wrong. I will not be ordering from here again. Even my receipt was wrong. But I am not going to get into it.
