Old Navy — Local services in Moorestown Township

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I went in to exchange a couple of online purchase items for a different size. They refunded the original amount and let me find the items at my own pace. Only after paying for the new items (not having mentioned the Internet purchase exchange) did I realize the total was higher. Jessie, the Assistant Manager, explained they normally adjust prices for same item exchanges to match online prices and one of the two items cost more in-store. She quickly had my same cashier, Tamika, adjust the price of the one item, but not the other which actually saved me a few more dollars. Only at the end did I find out it's Tamika's second day. I never would have guessed; she didn't seem nervous or unsure at all. Good recruiting and training on their part. I have been shopping at this store for myself and children for many years.. Today I had my 3 year old daughter with me because we were shopping for spring/ summer clothes.. My daughter had to use the bathroom but it was locked.. I asked the young man near the fitting rooms if my daughter could please use the bathroom and he said NO.. The bathrooms are locked today.. I then said that I have asked other employees before and they always unlocked the bathrooms for us.. He again said no she can not use the bathroom.. I told him that I was leaving my cart behind and will never be back and he said thats fine we have a store full of customers losing one would do no harm.. I then asker for his name and he walked to the back where the fitting rooms are. I can assure you I will never return to this store. Terrible customer service and made my 3 year old...

This is the BEST Old Navy I've ever been to! I went in to do a return, and they treated me as if I was buying the store. I wasn't planning to shop, but their customer service made me want to look around. They were so helpful in finding items at other stores and informing me of online options. I came in contact with 3 associates, and they were all the same: Absolutely Lovely! If I still worked retail, I would totally try to poach some of these...
