PrimoHoagies — Restaurant in Moorestown Township

I ordered 2 different hoagie trays. The smallest tray for 16 without cheese because some of my guests are lactose intolerant. This was all done on-line & I signed up for future discounts. There's a choice to tip ahead. I did not, but left cash after pick up due to the experience. I also ordered a tray for 20 which offer 4 different varieties of hoagies. I was able to customize. I cater occasionally by request, so I thought the price was fair. I picked them up the next day at the time I requested and the trays were waiting, nicely packaged in a refrigerated case. Because of food preferences, I ordered the mayonnaise, peppers, oil and vinegar on the side. The oil in vinegar came in nice sized, little plastic bottle so there wasn't the awkwardness of trying to spoon the stuff on the hoagies. The young man helped me by carrying out the trays to my car. I also got free plates and napkins. The food was delicious. The service was excellent and there were lots of sandwiches left over. That is all to say that I could have probably gotten by with less sandwiches. I wish they had used little tags or picks to identify each type because some were quite spicey, but the overall experience was wonderful and there's nothing better than a day-old hoagi. Was very happy last visit but this 2nd time tonight was awful. Me and My fiancé wanted sandwiches tonight so decided to stop. We were immediately greeted poorly by a girl with a bad attitude. Asked order and when my girl told her what she wanted she walked away without taking the second sandwich order or saying anything. My girlfriend is a vegetarian so she asked her to not cut her cheese on the same slicer as the meat, the girl said I’ve never heard of that and I’m the only slicer and this is the only slicer I’m using and wouldn’t even wipe it down for her. We have ever had a problem with any other primos giving us a hard time about being a vegetarian. Can’t believe we were treated this way when all we wanted was two promo sized hoagies for dinner. Guess we will be going back to the other two locations near us. Sad this one...

Today is 7/08/2025. I went and ordered two meatball sandwiches when I got home I tasted the meatball sandwich. They were a little pink on the inside and they taste horrible like sour. I called them back and told them the sandwich was barely touched. Am I able to trade it in and get something else maybe a hoagie They said they don’t do refunds horrible it’s my first time there and my very very last I don’t know what main business does not give refunds but if you ever is thinking about going to the one on Nixon Drive, don’t waste your time. I didn’t even want the money back. I just wanted to get something else terrible Customer Service. I will definitely be letting everybody know. I know so many people that talk about going there.
