Farrelli's Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Valley

This is gonna be long if I could rate this 0 stars I would. I took my family to dinner last night. Party of 7, 3 adults and 4 children. We ordered appetizers they came out no silverware or napkins we asked numerous times 15 minutes went by and we grabbed paper towels from the bathroom. The teenage girls food came out first spaghetti and meatballs with the meatballs on the side. I know that's weird but simple. The meatballs were frozen with no sauce and the pasta was cold. She asked if we wanted sauce for the meatballs which we said yes but never brought it. Next about 10 minutes later they brought out two adult orders which were personal pizzas. They were mushy and doughy so doughy you couldn't pick them up. At this point we were there for over a hour. Next up another 10 minutes later one of the young kids cheese pizza which was cheese bread and cold and the waitress said sorry it's cheese bread want me to remake it? No not at this point I replied. Next was the other young kids pizza which was just fine. Next was our silverware and napkins over 45 minutes later and cold food at this point oh and out came the pizza dough for the kids to play with now also. Which after waiting for a hour and a half my kids grabbed it and we had to go wash there hands when finally everything was here. Oh except for the last adults just cheese because he is a vegetarians calzone which came with bacon and chicken. Which the server argued with me that that the plan cheese and sauce build your own calzone came with chicken and bacon Mind blown. So after over 2 hours of waiting, cold food, wrong orders, uncooked food we decided to leave lol. I still paid the tab which might be the most mid blowing thing about this whole experience. I have been here before the bar side has correct and promp orders the family side is put so far on the back burner I think they forget about them. Let me be frank with you. I just left a scathing review for a different firm completely unrelated to this establishment. I consider myself a positive person, so now I am on a quest to leave reviews for a few other businesses I absolutely love.

I purchased a home in Maple Valley in 2013. I had never heard of Farelli's prior. A couple of years passed before I decided to have a look, I took my family there for dinner because I wanted to check it out. I hadn't read any reviews nor was Farelli's recommended to me.

Upon arrival they have fun things for kids as soon as you walk through the door. After being seated they typically bring kids a snack along with 'real-dough' for then to play with which I personally thought was brilliant! It's common for a night out to be prompted by 'do you have anything planned for dinner?' in my household, and the quick cheesy bread and entertainment for the kids is again, brilliant!

My next experience was after playing a poker tournament at Muckleshoot. On my way home I realized the family was asleep and I needed to get something to eat. So I popped into Farrelli's for late night happy hour. 50% off personal pizzas if I remember right!! I had a beer and a pizza and upon leaving I felt like I might get stopped at the door to pay the rest of my bill!

Most recently both myself and my girlfriend had birthdays within a week of each other. She's doing Keto, so birthday indulgence was cauliflower crust pizza at Farrelli's. A free pizza for your birthday you say? All you have to do is download the app? A week later we knew where we were going for my birthday lol!!

Horrible customer service! I made a reservation for a graduation party for 7 graduates and their families (40 people in total) almost 2 months before graduation. Then had to change the date to the next day, which was still 3 weeks in advance. I talked to a girl named Mia whom supposedly changed the date to the correct day??? Then called 1.5 weeks out and spoke to a gentleman who said everything was set??? Then I called again the day of the event to ask if we could come in 15 minutes early and set up decorations and was told “Oh, no problem”. Needless to say we arrived to find out that they had double booked the banquet room and then was told that we could just stand outside for 1.5-2 hours for the other party to leave! Are you kidding me…. With 40 people! The “acting manager” for the evening was completely rude and unapologetic. She told us she if we didn’t want to wait then we could just go elsewhere, and the regular manager was too busy sitting in the corner drinking with his buddies and playing trivia to even try to help fix the problem. Worst service I have even experienced at any establishment!Thank god for El Caporal across the street whom graciously turned over their banquet room within 20 minutes of calling! If you have an important event to plan DO NOT book this place!!! Unreliable with terrible customer service!
