The restaurant was very busy, which is good, however, extremely understaffed. The wait time for our food while waiting in the restaurant was more than 30 minutes. The staff were concentrating more on the orders picked up by delivery people. I ordered the crispy chicken with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I got a very spicy chicken sandwich that made me sick later that evening. I checked with the person who took my order before I left, asking if I had ordered the spicy version. He said that no, I had ordered the non-spicy version, but he had given me the wrong sandwich. Because we had already waited more than 30 minutes for our food, I did not want to wait another length of time for a replacement. The table right behind us had an incorrect cheese burger, and her 20 piece chicken nuggets were cold. They came in right before we had. Their wait was longer than 30 minutes with such errors. She did go up, and they remade her food, adding another 15+ minutes. At that point, she should have asked for fresh french fries. Standing at the counter, the fries she had were cold. I'm quite sure. However, she was probably happy to get cooked chicken nuggets and the correctly prepared cheese burger for her child. I should have had my sandwich remade, too, but we had another engagement. I was sorry because I became ill from that spicy chicken later that evening. I guess the door dash/delivery orders take priority over in store customers. Or, being that it was a Saturday night, staff accordingly. I am generally a person who will blog in a positive manner, however, this location does not seem to warrant such niceties as this is ongoing with errors. Guess I'll have to drive down to Beam Ave or County Rd E for my craving of those delicious...
Read moreI updated review, service a little better. Added a star. Their drive through m-f cashier person is pretty reliable when she is there, but other times still messing up orders. Drive management still poor. 2 lanes not alternating at times. When busy, they need 2 people taking orders so that cashier can focus on customer at window only. Not crazy about remodel. It's been a month, since my last comment. i went in again yesterday. Luckily I check my order, they tried to short me 2 hash browns and then they tired to say it was only short 1. I went in again today. They gave me the wrong sandwich. This is unacceptable. I will be taking my fast food business to the BK near Cub and Home depot. Ty at BK never messes up my order.

Car in other lane pulled ahead and after next car pulled up in that lane I saw that they started to take his order first. Asked for manager, waited until I said I will call corporate office. Read moreI work near this McDonald's, and me and my co-workers go there quite often, and recently, every time we go, there is some kind of issue, but today was probably the worst experience I've had yet. Me and a coworkers placed an order for counter pick up at 10:40. I went in at eleven o'clock and stood at the counter and waited. About 5 minutes went by without anybody saying a word to me. After me trying to get somebody's attention. Then finally at about 11:10 I finally forced the woman to stop and ask how long it'll be for my food to get ready and she said, oh well, the one were out of something for it, so we couldn't make it. We never got informed about that or anything like that. And I asked her if she could make something else, and my order hadn't even been started yet, and at this point, we're thirty minutes since the order was placed and they started working on my co-workers and mine orders. I finally get the food at 11 20 40 minutes later after placing the order and 20 minutes after standing there waiting being ignored. I bring the food back, and my coffee was burnt and bitter and tasted awful. And I thought about going back, but every time we've done that in the past, we just get ignored or told they don't care, or they don't have a solution. This mcdonald's is repeatedly the worst experience i've ever had with restaurants in my life...
