Panda Express — Restaurant in Maplewood

I bought Asian noodles & angus steak for Cinco de Mayo dinner today at about 6:40pm. Two Asian females were working, one short and one tall. The short one was only working the register. The taller Asian girl was serving food with attitude and super angry. After waiting 15 minutes for the steak to be cooked she serves my plate. I asked for a bigger plate all together in one plate. She turns around and says you only ordered a plate with noodles and steak, I said no, I ordered a bigger plate. But no biggie just give me a bigger plate all together in one plate and I'll pay the difference, I don't want it for free. She kept saying I have to put it on a separate little red box, I said NO I want it all together in one plate! After her being argumentative with me she finally served my food right and I paid the difference. I had to pay taxes twice over her mistake! Hopefully The Panda Express Team reads this message and have a real serious talk with that argumentative Asian woman. She also hollered at 3 teenage black kids over a bowl they bought when I was waiting for my steak to be cooked. It's all recorded on video tape and check my transaction purchase I paid it all with my debit card. That worker thought I wanted the food for free. She needs to change her whole attitude before a good paying customer ends up jumping over that counter and smacking some sense into her head. It's really sad!! 05/05/2022 @...

I really love Panda Express but this location is a little funky, I don't know if it's the bad Omen of having "Mall food" or what the case is here..... But every time I order the food is oddly really dry, and tastes like it's been sitting for hours. Some of the dishes taste like the recipes completely changed from other locations... I don't know if it's the lack of the food being fresh on certain days or if they happen to run out of certain sauces or something and just have to improvise... But it tastes off. The employees are always very sweet, end hard-working. I've been here several times when the line was 20 people long, It's usually the longest line in the whole mall during rushes. But I've been here and it's busiest hour, medium, and light days... I feel like I always have the same experience of dull dry food, never enough condiments to hydrate, and overall a "meh" experience. Panda Express used to be so dang good here, what...

Was told I would have to wait for a certain entree as it was all out. I was pretty hungry, so as I waited for my panda order, I went next door to Slice and ordered a pizza. I waited 15 minutes for my pizza and finished it before I got my panda. I ended up waiting just over 30 minutes to finally get my panda. When my food was finally ready, it seemed as though they forgot about my order, forgetting what I ordered. This seems to be a common issue at this location, I typically avoid this location and go to Roseville or Woodbury. I understand it gets busy, but I just hate having to wait so long...
