Edit:6/27/22 :ordered online today and was able to pick up sandwiches at the approximate time estimated for pick up. I was in a few days earlier and was actually relieved when the employee said “sorry sir, but there are a couple online orders currently being made, if you could wait a moment, we’ll be with you shortly”

Original review: 2/22 Ordered online for pickup at 12:49 today. Arrived at 1:10pm walked up to the counter and saw that my sandwiches were on the cutting board ready for toppings. Mikes way all the way! An associate asked me if I was picking up, I said “yes please, that’s them right there!” He then proceeded to make 4 customers orders ahead of mine because they were in line. I was getting pretty heated because they weren’t touching any online orders and just handling those in line. There were more online pickups gathering behind me as well. So I decided to get in line. It seemed that the only way that my order was going to get done was if I was in the queue in person. I didn’t get my sandwiches until 1:40pm! Almost an hour later! This is the second time I’ve had a delay on my online pickup order. YOU NEED TO BUILD SANDWICHES IN THE ORDER YOU RECEIVE THEM REGARDLESS IF THE ORDER WAS PLACED ONLINE OR IN PERSON! I love jersey mikes, I live up here by the one on thornydale. I used to drive all the way to speedway and alvernon just to get jersey mikes sandwiches before they opened locations up here on the northwest. Time to go back to any other location than the...

Please do not expect a place to eat if you happen to stop here! PIG PENS are cleaner! The girl in there( noticeI did not say “WORKING” there) was just standing behind the counter doing NOTHING! One customer in the store sitting and drinking…served! I walked to the counter and was told to go further down the line and started to place my order! I looked at the area where sandwiches are made and I was schocked…. Dried lettuce, onions , pickles. Etc all over the prep area! The bowls for tomato’s had several shriveled slices, the onions were mixed with tomato slices, peppers, and who knows what. Pickle slices in the Mayo dish, mixed scraps in the other bowls that were otherwise empty! The prep space did not have a two inch square area to set down the roll for my sandwich so she plopped it on top of the garbage pile! That was the final straw!!!! We left! I learned from another JM shop up the Interstate this place draws reviews like mine routinely! What is your excuse for allowing this kind of filth in a place serving food? We love JM and go to different ones in Tucson routinely! Is the reputation of your store so unimportant that you turn a blind eye! I know for fact I am not the first to register a complaint about this store! What are you waiting for…. A lawsuit for comteminated injection! You won’t have long to wait! NO EXCUSE!!!!!!!! Pathetic! This particular location needs some major work. No one seems to know how to do anything here. Every time I ask for anything….. do you have lids for the cups?, do you have paper towels for the dispenser in the bathroom?, no one knows how to do anything and has to go find out. They act like it’s a big pain in the ass when it’s part of their job I’m guessing. I asked Mackenzie if there were lids l for the cups and she mutters under her breath “Jesus Christ” then goes and asks the manager then comes back and slams down a big cup and tells me to take that one. Umm…. Wow. You all need some Xanax. I’m also in retail but damn, I never treat customers this way. The store is filthy, trash is overflowing, tables need to be wiped down. There’s like 3 tables. Just a crap location overall. The manager or supervisor whom is never wearing a name tag seems absolutely miserable. Short mid thirties or forties woman with brown hair. She’s always bossing around the younger staff. She throws stuff around an acts annoyed. I don’t want that negative energy going into my food so I won’t be going here anymore. If you hate your job then by all means quit and find something else because I don’t want to have a bad experience when I come here. You need a leader at this store...
