Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Marana

Most of the time my fiancé and the kids go in here to get some pizza and what we think would be a fast great service since it is located in the higher inside of town every time she has it’s always been something one thing or the other, although this is the closest Little Caesars to the location which we live Unfortunately from here on now, it won’t be this way. No more the last straw was drawn. The last time was today around 6:30 PM. My fiancé decides to get pizza running behind on dinner due to the work. our work schedule our intentions were to order four pepperoni pizzas as I have been to other locations and they informed me that we are looking for hot and ready. They are served from 4 to 8 that’s when you could come in and get a hot and ready pizza which, the advertisement and name says itself if I’m incorrect, I’m not too sure what to follow. I would think that means that there will be pizzas, hot and ready and those four hours unfortunately this is not what was done. I am not here to scream false advertisement, but what else can it be , it still says it on the box itself there’s not never no hot and ready at any locations anymore so we’re ordering for pepperonis the lady that works on the front counter then says it will take about 30 to 40 minutes is that OK? Our reply is no it is not OK , this is little Caesars. It’s not Domino’s. It’s not Papa John’s and it’s not even delivery. That’s how long it would take if we ordered pizza from any pizza place and it includes delivery. when we said it is not OK we were replied to from the worker herself. Well, it’s a lot of pizza that you’re ordering. We are forced to walk out the door as 30 minutes at 6:30 PM on a Tuesday night. Kids are at home hungry needing to do the daily routine of homework and everything else that goes with it to get your kids down at appropriate time for school the next , I am not too sure if this is from corporate or a supervisors doing or not knowing that this is happening I have not yet put a review on this location even though many times before it has always been something or some unprofessional service. It’s always a long wait when this is the only pizza places that advertise, hot and ready, we were doing something wrong simply for not being OK for it being a 30 minute wait this is fast food pizza. It should take 30 minutes to 40 minutes for some pizza corporate. I hope you have a look into this location and see what is going on here? There is no enthusiastic atmosphere professionalism , all I got was a lady that look baked / High outta her mind that did Not wanna hustle at the ending of the day to serve the public I am simply leaving a review so that way others and other members of the team would have some understanding of why if maybe business is declining here is your answer also, the pizzas that we have gotten from this location have looked a lot like these other reviews pictures half u know wat...

Little Caesar’s Thornydale and North Hills- On December 10th one pizza out of our order was made with the wrong toppings. When I realize this once I got home I called and spoke with the night manager Dawn who took my name and said the next time I come in it will be replaced, if I have any problems tell them I spoke with Dawn. Sounds good! I ordered pizzas tonight (12/26) for my family online then called the store to order the replacement pizza. The nice young kid who answered the phone tried his best to help me but my name was not on the list. While trying to come up with a solution the “store manager “ is telling the young man on the phone “she will need to call back and talk to Dawn at 7, we aren’t replacing the pizza”. When I explained that I had already ordered other pizzas tonight to be picked up in 10 minutes and I wasn’t coming twice in one night, the “store manager” then told the young man on the phone to “hang up on her”. So when I went to pick up the pizzas I had already paid for and asked to speak with the “store manager” about this situation he immediately had an attitude and said “I don’t appreciate you coming in here, this is my store and I’m not replacing your pizza”. I had to go in there for the other food that I had purchased. The “store manager “ refused to give me his name so that I could let the franchise owner know what happened and refused to even apologize for the original messed up order. The “store manager” stated “I’m not getting written up for giving away pizzas because Dawn can’t put it in the log correctly”. The “store manager “ was rude, confrontational, short tempered and not managerial by any means. I am highly disappointed and will NEVER get pizza from this location...

Had placed an order ahead and was told "15 minutes" I got there in 8. (Never had doubted little Caesars especially this location). As I walk in I let her know I have a pick, as I'm paying I see a sign saying " exact change" I try to be generous by rounding up (by adding a sauce) close so it wouldn't be difficult for them. She asked me which one and I let her know, she asked again and I showed her she then picked it and slammed it back down. As I get into my car to see how it looks I see that the cheese solidified and was poorly made (I took a bite and it was cold, was not enjoyable). EDIT: JAN 23 2025: Walked in purchased my meal at 6:18 walked out at 7:00 p.m. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and no crazy combo meal the cashier charged me for an extra crazy bread. The total was $21 and I thought that was too high for a pizza bread and a soda so I asked him for the receipt in which later the manager helped me and voided it. I then waited another 10 minutes for them just to resell my meal because I had thought they voided the crazy bread but they have voided the whole entire purchase. So I repurchase what I asked for a stuffed crust pepperoni with a crazy combo meal. The price for it was $9.49 for the pizza when I looked on the receipt it had said 11 and change. So I paid the exact same amount of price I did the first time and I wasted half an hour. There was no point of me saying anything because there were too many people and I felt like I took up a lot of time so I left. Not the first time I've had a problem with this...
