The last 3 times I've been there their service has been horrible. I ordered a blended coffee went to the 1st window paid(they failed to mention it wasn't working) 2nd window mentions it's not working and I then decided to get an iced coffee instead, I failed to ask for difference of cost. They didn't mention it or even make right. I realised this about half way home. Retarded. The second I can't remember what happen. Third time I order the 2 for $4 I stated I want 3 orders of the 2 for $4. I even asked why it didn't look right on the screen. They confirmed it would change when it totals. Ok. I get to the 1st window and confirm my order verbally to make sure they understood I wanted 3 order of the 2 for $4. Cashier confirms yeah. I get to the 2nd window they don't have my order right. Says to me to go to the waiting #1 parking spot. I was kind. I waited for 10minutes as about 5 cars drove thru and so on. I'm pissed at this point I go in and they look at me like Yes??? I tell them I've been waiting for 10min in the #1 parking for my order they messed up on. I still needed 3 sandwiches. They acted surprised like they thought they took care of me. I've worked fast food before it's not hard to get an order right, to confirm with the customer the order. And I called the number on the bottom of the receipt for management. Read moreMy husband and I are in the process of moving and got into Tucson at 4:00 ish a.m. We are staying at the La Quinta right next to McDonald's. We haven't eaten since this morning and traveled over 13 hours (we are moving to California from Texas). We thought "perfect!" this couldn't be more convinient. They looked closed though.. I check online and was happy to see they are open 24 hours! My husband left the hotel room after we got settled to grab us some quick food before our 11+ hour drive tomorrow. He called me just a few minutes after he left saying they wouldn't answer the drive through, but he can see workers inside. He parked while we figured out a different plan. We decided to get IHOP, but he stayed parked in the McDonald's parking lot while we figured out what we wanted. He saw multiple cars trying to order and no one helped any of them! One truck even pulled up to the window to try to get service, and after he continued to not get help he drove away. What is wrong with this McDonald's!!! Reading the other reviews I cannot believe the owners have allowed this kind of behavior to continue. Not that we will be in Tucson for any reason that I can think of in the future, I thought this was an experience that deserved a review. Why am I parked at a fast food restaurant for a snack wrap and a cheeseburger it’s supposed to be fast. This isn’t my first bad experience with this McDonald’s and parking people either been parked just For a fry before. I ordered at 13:35 I got my food at13:49. 14 minutes for a snack wrap and a cheeseburger. They One person delivering food back-and-forth. Guy comes out with my FOOD, who’s a manager and asked me if I was the car. They had missing happy meals that had to be the car in front of me because the lady was absolutely pissed. I could see according to the manager. They are completely understaffed and upper management has done nothing about it. also, when the manager Brought out the happy meals that weren’t mine and I said how ridiculous it was about the wait time he said oh they haven’t brought that order yet that should have Gone out already. Here’s the kicker. The manager begged me to call and complain because of how short staffed they were and upper management didn’t care.
