I was absolutely appalled when I came to my local Starbucks and there was absolutely no greeting. I ordered my drink, which was a Strato Frappuccino. She proceeded to roll her eyes that she had to make my drink. She then told me the total and I handed her cash to which she looked at me, absolutely disgusted. She put on gloves took my money with two finger fingers like it was infested with disease and then set my change on the counter without saying a word to me. It’s very rare that I take the time to leave reviews like this. Upon reviewing this store and other people’s reviews, they’re all saying that Cheyenne.” The blonde girl” Is completely disrespectful and rude. I can vouch for that today. I spent hundreds of dollars on Starbucks a week and I will make sure that I go out of my way to avoid this location. I need to give the biggest awards and compliments to Cheyenne who made my drink today. She calibrated it herself this morning and it is the Pinnacle of Perfection! I'm the kind of customer who has complained in the past of a bitter and or sour taste in my latte only for corporate to say it must be something wrong with me. Today Cheyenne proved that it is possible to have a tasty, nutty, aromatic and delicious latte from Starbucks. I don't even want to give the credit to Starbucks because this barista blew my mind with her skills! If she is not already a manager please PLEASE somebody make her a trainer to tell everyone else in Tucson how the heckin' to clean that machine correctly and make it right.
