Never again and won’t recommend it. Visiting from another part of Florida (not a tourist from other countries or states) and my kids wanted to sushi so I gave them a try during our trip. Very little cozy place, only a few tables there, literally empty inside at dinner time 7 pm. We ordered Togo around 6 pm for my kids and was told at least “45 min” wait to pick up, ok that’s no problem. Went inside and only one table or maybe two was dining in and my order was not ready after one hour from my call. Mind you I only ordered cucumber hand rolls and California roll, gyoza and kids fried rice. Apparently they don’t have hand roll in the menu and I order 3 of cucumber hand rolls. On the phone no one informed me about the price or how many comes with an order. I specified 3 hand rolls, not 3 orders. When I came to pick up my 3 cucumber hand roll was priced total of $39 !!! I immediately asked why. The waitress said “oh it comes with 2 per order” and I said “ so 6 hand rolls that only have cucumbers in it costs $39 I never heard of such an expensive cucumber hand roll. So I had to pay anyway to leave so my kids won’t starve. The taste was ok nothing special of course it’s only cucumber, the worst part was cucumber was cut in blocked shape, not a string shape. So all the cucumber fell out of handroll . My kids ate rice and seaweed and cucumber separate because it won’t hold together. This is obviously unskilled chef. Other items we ordered was okay too. Went back to hotel and set the kids to sleep and just wanted to check again in their menu. I could not find handroll prices but I did find vegetable roll and California roll cost about $5.50. Ok that’s typical but handroll?? Did I miss something ? Each other they charged me $12.95 for 2 freaking cucumber handroll. $12.95 was a red Dragon roll they had which has tempura shrimp and all sort of good stuff but cucumber handrolls? ???If there was no set price why didn’t they tell me anything? I would have never ordered them. I called the restaurant about the price gouged handroll and only response I got was “My boss said to charge that so I can’t do anything”. I asked for the owner and was told that she is busy. I left my phone number but they wouldn’t call. This is Marathon, FL not in freaking NY or LA. I used to work at restaurants in South beach, Aventura FL and they charge maybe $5 for handroll for vegetable. But in the high end restaurant. Not in a restaurant looks like about to close down. I’m disputing this charges and not happy with...

This place is a true hidden gem ~ i think just about everythingis made fresh and right there!!! This was one of the best thai/suishi places we've ever visited. The gentleman who was hostessing took the time to go over the menu fully. It was really nice to hear about how they could customize our meal to exactly what we wanted to eat. The people who are doing the cooking truly care about the food they are putting out. It's not haphazard, nor rushed. Be prepared to spend a bit more time waiting for your food. It's 100% worth it. The Wasabi is made on-site, and it's fresh. The masaman curry was THE BEST I've ever had. Seriously, it's the best I've ever had. It was perfectly cooked to order. It was flavorful with just the right amount of heat. I had the noodle soup. I have some dietary issues, and they were able to make one of the most perfectly seasoned noodle soups I've had. The broth is made daily. The vegetables were fresh. The portion size was perfect. I can not say enough good stuff about this restaurant. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My dining partner loved his meal. He had sushi as an appetizer, and he commented on the freshness. Here's the only downfall, the neighboring lobster restaurant does not have enough parking, and their clients take over the parking lot. Too bad they couldn't tow the non customers. We had a hard time finding parking on a Monday night. The parking lot adjacent (the side not closest to the lobster restaurant) has an immigration office, and they do not allow parking in their lot even after hours). This parking situation is not the restaurants fault. In fact, the host, he let us know we could park behind his truck so we could eat in. It's those little things that I note and remember. In addition to that, the service during the meal was attentive but not intrusive. The ambiance was casual and fun. No question if we had stayed in the area longer. We would have gone back for another meal! They do offer take out, so that's always an...

We were in the mood for something a little different, this was sure different just not what we expected. The waiter seemed to be over anxious to take our orders but that is minor. He took our drink orders as we were sitting down. Our two unsweetened iced teas came out s sweet tea and he spilled our beer. Luckily the beer was contained to his tray and he did replace our teas. We ordered appetizers, two seaweed salads which they were out of. We substituted with a miso soup and a bowl of edamame, the soup was very good the edamamae was okay. Our chicken appetizer came out shortly after and was uncooked in the middle. The waiter appeared annoyed and took it back to try again. When it came back it was just okay. The calamari appetizer was very heavily battered but still good. When we ordered our meals he seemed like he might be new and was not of much help. I asked him for a recommendation on a meat to go with my dish he suggested duck or beef I asked for duck. My meal came out first and was with beef, he argued with us and took it back. The other two meals came out, one person had a roast duck dinner which was very good and the other person had a mixed seafood pad Thai. Being his and my first Thai experience we have nothing to compare it to but it was okay, not great just okay. After a long wait my meal finally came out. I bit into an end piece of the duck and it was pretty good. My brother tried a middle piece and spit it out immediately, it was still frozen! We started to look at it and all but the two end pieces were frozen. Rock hard ice cold frozen. We were disgusted and asked for the bill. We will never go back and left feeling very disgusted. Poor sloppy service with uncooked food, we will never be going...

We chose the restaurant based on the favorable reviews. The waitress indicated in advance that you would have to wait 1 hour (!) for the main dishes, but the appetizers and soups would be ready sooner... We were surprised by the very long, multi-item menu. Especially compared to the tiny size of the restaurant and the number of tables. So we ended up asking for soups and later appetizers. There is no WiFi in the restaurant, some entertainment would be needed as we had to wait 60 minutes (!) for the soups!!! Once again, I emphasize a soup that is usually prepared in every kitchen and is ready in a flash. For us, they brought the appetizer (spring rolls) before the soup. However, we ordered the appetizer almost half an hour later. The second appetizer was taken wrongly by the waitress, so we got another dish. We sent it back. When the crab tempura finally arrived, we were surprised to find that only 20% (!) of the dish was shrimp, the rest being breaded vegetables... SUMMARY: delicious spring rolls, acceptable quality soups, amazingly long wait, ridiculous shrimp tempura. The menu should be significantly shortened so that the limited capacity kitchen can keep up with the demands. I do not recommend the restaurant in its current state, with its current level of service.

**Update: Food quality seems to depend on the day you go. Spring rolls were mushy this time, and Luke warm in the middle obviously frozen before hand. Shrimp was overcooked and tough just like everywhere else. Impeccable service. Waitress was on point, dishes were brought out in order with time to eat them. She was as focused as a New York server! Impressive! Vegetable Ginger Soup highly recommended. I don't know what broth it is served in, but it was even more delicious than any Thom Yum I've had. Spring rolls were ok. Kinda mushy inside, but crisp outside. Thin plum sauce but tasty. The curry was fantastic! Not only flavorful, but the shrimp was tender. Its so easy to over cook them. I can say I have never had better cooked shrimp in a curry. They even removed the tails. Recommended.
