Hate to waste my time reviewing a fast food chain, but.. I used to do business with LC too often, the ExtraMostBestest thin crust pepperoni was such a good deal.. And, sometimes on game day, would get the three meat pan pizza. I also appreciate LC’s veteran ownership deal, the owner of this location might be a military vet. My most recent trips have all been subpar.. One time, as someone else showed, all the toppings were on one side. One time, the pizza was soaked in grease, pretty much not edible. And, the last time, I called to order as I pulled out of our Round Mountain farm gate.. the woman who answered, asked me to “Hold on”, and set the phone down. She might have thought she put me on hold, but she didn’t.. I could hear her and another employee goofing around, helping other customers who came in the store, etc etc, and I drove all the way in, walked in the store, still listening to them on the phone.. 23 minutes, to be exact. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she WAS the manager.. When I asked to speak to her boss, she said she’d take my number and have him call me.. haha I got no call, I’ll assume that she threw my number in the trash as soon as I walked out the door. Anyway.. customer service is king with me. If the pizza here was spectacular, I might overlook this incident. But, it’s not, and there’s somebody else out there who appreciates my business more than this store.

Read moreLove little Caesars but shocked how they handled a situation just now. They messed up on a pizza and instead of remaking it they asked for both pizzas back to just refund me. We asked for extra cheese on both pizzas. The pizza that was fine had everything we asked, the wrong pizza had a side of shredded cheese and didn't have all the pepperoni a most bestest should have. I asked how many should be on it? He said 56. It clearly didn't have close to 56. The manager argued with us that it had extra cheese already but why the side container of shredded cheese? He belittled us in front of other customers and wasn't listening to us that the pizza wasn't how we ordered it. He didn't even let us keep the pizza that was right. I don't understand how he is a manager or what company policy is, he opened a random pizza to show us what a pizza with normal cheese looks like and it was covered with cheese, more cheese then our extra cheese pizza had! He wouldn't give us the number to call his boss. He should feel embarrassed and definitely not in a managers position who argued and won't accept they made a mistake. Read moreI've been back in Marble Falls for about 2 months and I usually end up working late so I stopped two to three times a week and get pizza for dinner I do home renovations and I've got a bone spur on my heel and by the end of the day it's extremely painful and I can barely put pressure on it. I go in and order my dinner pay for it and go sit back in my truck until the pizza is ready and before I know it one of the employees has noticed that I'm injured brings my pizza to my truck window. That means a lot to me and being a business owner it speaks volumes about the managers ability to not only hire employees with good character but they are all trained and customer service and satisfaction and I appreciate that I want to thank the manager and the employees at The Marble Falls...
