Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Marble Falls

I'm as old as the chain is and I've been going to this place since I was a child. They used to roller skate to your car where I grew up in Southeast Texas. A few things are certain about Sonic, good drinks, service and still one of the best all beef Chili Cheese Coney Hot Dogs around! I don't typically eat at fast food establishments. However, like most of us when you're in a hurry it's a quick option that's hard to pass on. I'm an absolute sucker for a good ole American hotdog! This place is still one of my favorites in that category. Wow! A quick all beef one with chili, cheese, mustard and onions on the side is a quick delight if you're looking for a fast bite to eat when you're on the road! Thanks again Sonic! After all these years you're still serving the same great...

As we drove up from the road, the lush foliage immediately caught my attention! Immediately after parking, my sons and I saw a hummingbird enjoying the same sights and stealing a sweet sip on the house! Soon after the swift-winged creature had departed, we began seeing butterflies! Unfortunately though, our next encounter was not quite so enjoyable. The table in the SW corner had ants EVERYWHERE: on it, under it, beside it. Thankfully, the table in the NW corner was essentially ant-free so we all took our seats there after ordering. More to the point, our order was exactly as we'd requested. Furthermore, considering we had just happened to pull in a few minutes after two, the whole family ordered iced lemonades...

Sonic - Marble Falls, TX. Ordered the Honey BBQ popcorn chicken meal. There was NO sauce on the chicken. I paged back in and asked for some sauce and also some ketchup…I was informed that the correct amount of sauce was given and I could only get more sauce if I paid extra. Again…there was NO sauce. I was told that they measured it out, and they refused to bring me more sauce without paying for it. I asked to speak with the manager…and was told that she was the manager and she is unwilling to help. (and apparently unwilling to give me what I paid for)…we will NEVER come back here and I’ll be sure to tell everyone else about this. I hope the 43 cents you wanted to charge for the bbq sauce...
