BE AWARE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! If i could give negative stars i would!!!! Made the worst mistake of accidentally ordering at this location last night , my go to is S. Cobb but since Cobb pkwy is “new” the website automatically put this incompetent location.. I ordered my Food and went to S. Cobb to pick it up and they informed me it was the wrong location. So we call this wingstop to cancel my order since i dont Want to drive 25+ min out of my way to get food. They cancel the order but refuses to give me a refund since i paid online . Which i didnt know until and hour later and a RUDE phone call from there General Manager. The manager asks how long it’ll take me i say 25min and she said ok I’ll drop the wings in 11min so they’ll be done when you come. REMINDER: it took me longer to get there. I get there all the employees are on their phones sitting down talking, one guy asks me am I “Blank” and i say Know and tell him my name and he goes to the rack and SAYS ARE YOU SURE YOUR NOT “Blank” and reads their order && with certainty of the name i was Born with i looked At him and said i told You no I’m not I’m such and such . The general manager appears and proceeds to tell me the food is ready. So she asks him where it is and he looks at her blankly and was like i never dropped it. So she says i told Him 15min ago to cook it but i guess He didn’t so i say How long and walk away. FAST FORWARD TO WHEN ITS TIME TO EAT . We were missing a ranch from our meal but the WORST PART IS OUR WINGS WERE DRENCHED IN GREASE ON BOX THE GREASE WAS SPEWING FROM AROUND IT AND OPENED IT AND IT WAS HALF GREASE IN THE BOX AND MINES WERE DRENCHED BUT NOT AS BAD . Read moreUpon entering the restaurant for the first time ever, I noticed one of the employees (MANAGER), sitting in a booth eating. Woundering what to order, I asked this young man, (MANAGER), how the food was at the restaurant. This manager was very rude and responded by saying in a very loud voice, "Man, dont you see me eating." He snapped and told me to go to the counter and ask his employees at the counter. I responded by saying, "Hey man, Im sorry, it's not that big of a deal, and where is your manger ?" This is when he says,"I am the MANAGER, " and so I just walked over to the counter and waited in line. He continued & got even louder and had no respect for himself nor the other customers in the restaurant just going on and on about how I DISTURBED him while eating. I ignored him, and I believe it made it even worse. I eventually said, "You got it, man, I'm finished with it. Im not going to go back and forth with you in here about nothing, " and continued to wait in line. Then, out of nowhere, He told me to leave, I guess, to show his authority in the store. I did not want any problems, I just said, "Wow, and you're the manager of the store ? Can't be, " and I walked out.

Read moreI ordered and prepaid for my food online for a 8:45pm pick up(on my lunch break). I arrived at 8:48pm and there were 2 customers in line ahead of me. There were only 2 visible employees, 1 cook and 1 cashier. When I made it to the register, I gave my name and the cashier told me "we're just waiting on your wings, it'll only be a minute". I filled my drink cup and waited in the lobby in the meantime. 15 minutes pass and at this time I'm supposed to back at work. The cook calls a man in the lobby and hands him his order. Shortly after, other customers start coming in so the cook begins to assist the cashier with ringing people up. At this point, the cashier notices that I'm still standing in the lobby and questions the cook about my order. Then they begin to argue about him not seeing my online order and that my food should've come before the man that he previously passed an order to. I interject and ask for a refund. The cashier then has to call someone to ask how to issue a refund for an online order. She finally issues the refund but I'm in such a rush to get back to work that it's a hour later before I realize she shorted me $0.83!! I tried to call the store at least 4 times to let them know of the error and the line has been busy the entire time. Worst Wingstop...
