Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Marion Township

Information below is from a previous review prior to them fixing the business organization. This should be disregarded. 10/7/23 Service here has consistently been getting worse. Service is slow. When you order, the people taking your order often question your order as if the product doesn’t exist showing they have had poor training on the menu. It takes 5-10 minutes at the window to get food. Today it took 15 minutes for two wraps with no special options except asking for no mayonnaise. “Freaky fast” is the mission here, please train the staff. When we come here there’s employees everywhere but work ethic seems to slack. Please train the employees and drive accountability. Reward good work ethic and fire or write up poor ethic.

Up until my last two orders which were delivered, I loooved this Jimmy John's. The sandwiches are not as well put together as they were when I initially began eating here, and the customer service is lacking. No unkindness, but it appears there is a gross lack of knowledge of how best to serve customers. This begins with and was especially evident when today, Wednesday, November 13, 2024, when I spoke with a gentleman who identified himself as the manager. Previously, when I spoke with the manager, not this gentleman, issues were managed. Delivery time was more than triple than any other time. Needless to say, my dealings with Jimmy John's will be minimal, if at all. I certainly will no longer have food delivered. There will be no need to direct me to communicate with the store manager as I have tried and failed with...

2025 $11 for just a sandwich and it takes over 10 minutes to serve it. And I'm literally the only customer the whole time. At lunch time. Perplexing to say the least. Especially for a company with their tagine about being fast...

December 2023. Tried the chicken BBQ sandwich. No BBQ sauce. No chicken, they used tuna. Waited more than 10 minutes- freaky slow. This place is a disaster, they're not getting better. 😒

Sandwich had few toppings. They cut sandwich into little peices. Often out of stuff. Nice meal though. They'll get better.

April 15 2021 real busy. They're all doing their best but left a chunk of roast beef on the slicer. I was in there 15 minutes and the meat was just sitting out on the slicer there. Nobody did anything with it. Wonder how...
