Waited almost 30 minutes for food and then didn't have it all. Ordered on the app. Fries were burnt. When I went in to get the missing food, I was told that they forgot to put the chicken strips in the bag. Problem is I waited over 10 minutes just for someone to wait on me when 2 other employees looked at me several times. I let the manager know that I didn't want cold food and if I needed to wait then I also wanted my kids food made over as I will not eat hot food and my kids eat cold. Attitudes by employees was not the greatest. The manager told me that the grease needed to be changed after I told her the fries were burnt and tasted terrible. Instead of changing the grease and giving customers good food that we pay for they cooked our food in that nasty grease and the food was horrible. Not to mention after they didn't give me the chicken strips and I said I didn't want any cold, they put them back in the grease. Put them at the bottom of the bag and put 5 orders of fries on top, when the manager said the 6 fries were in the bag. There was nothing crispy about those chicken strips. The breading was mushy because they are to lazy to change the bad grease out. If people don't want to do their job right, then they need to find another job. Times are hard for people so when you spend $50 on food only to get food that I wouldn't give my dog is so sad. I don't complain and usually just throw food away that's not made right, but this was absolutely horrible. Not to mention I'm traveling with my family and my children and grandchildren didn't even want to eat it. Shame on you McDonald's. This is absolutely the worst McDonald's we have had and if I could give it a 0 I would. Also mind you I'm traveling and did a mobile order so that we could pick up through drive through and I still had to get everyone out the car just to get...
Read moreThis was my 3rd experience of going inside this particular McDonald's in the past 2 months, and must say, I was not pleased with the staff either time at the register. Each time, was a different woman and each one had her very own attitude and outlandish style of what used to be known as customer service. While waiting in line to order a drink only each time, and paying by cash not a debit card, I was instructed your staff member, "This is what the kiosk were put in place for. You place your order there, then come here to pay for it and then pick it up over there." Not only was I told this today, but so was the gentleman in front of me. McDs #7739 on 1/7/2020 @ 11:18am Explain the convenience of waiting in more than one line to do one simple task. If you wanted it to be automated that badly, then why even bother having any human there at all. I have purchased my basic & simple half-cut light ice tea from the Court Street McDs for several years and only recently began to have some issues with new & very young staff goofing off, and actually giving me someone else's drink, like a soda (which I don't drink and haven't in over 8yrs). All I am saying is, REMEMBER TO PUT CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK IN YOUR PLANS WITH ALL OF THESE UPDATES YOU ARE DOING. P.S. There are some long term staff members that are AWESOME at there jobs and CARE about positions and their duties, along with their...

Collecting the order at the counter was horrendous.
They were not that busy yet they still were acting like chickens with their heads cut off. Not knowing what to do or how to handle the Sunday morning crowd.
I paced back and forth at the counter for almost 30 minutes waiting for the order. It was in the now serving column.
I was passed multiple times be employees taking drive through orders out to waiting customers. Never a word was said to me.
While I was waiting at least six customers came in carrying bags after going through the drive through and receiving wrong or incomplete orders.
After about 30 minutes I heard someone in the back asking about an order and I heard my name. Someone came around the corner and asked about my status to which I stated I had been waiting for 30 minutes. They said they called the number, I said I had been pacing here in front of the counter for 30 minutes and nobody ever called my order.
The first time I heard anything about my order was after almost 30 minutes waiting and pacing when my name was said from the back. I heard my name clearly.
I received the order, finally. It was correct and warm.
The building was clean and in a good state of repair. The bathroom was clean and well stocked.
Usually this is a decent location. This time they dropped the ball. ...
