It is extremely rare in the era of big-box stores and franchised fast food to meet any such business that takes pride in the quality of service it offers -- and to take responsibility when that service does not meet that standard. I'm so pleased and impressed to tell you that this Raising Cane's is such a place.
My family has enjoyed this chain in other locations, so we were excited to have one open close to home. It has met and exceeded our expectations. Good food, reasonable prices -- but more than that, excellent service. Today, we ate in at Cane's, and they had forgotten one of the combos we had ordered. It was a small mistake, and they made it up very quickly. It didn't take a minute to get the order. Nonetheless, the manager took notice, personally apologized, and compensated us with a gift that was far too generous for the very small inconvenience.
It has been a long time since I have had a fast food establishment care so much about providing a good experience for me--especially in this area. I had about thought that such a thing was extinct. So long as they continue to care so much for their food and their customers, I'll be eating here and recommend without hesitation thay others...
Read moreI was introduced to Raising Cane's in 2012 in Phoenix arizona. I ate there so many times in the month and a half before I moved back to Southern illinois, I lost count. But the Raising Cane's card I had at the time said 36. I know it was more. The Raising Cane's that just opened in Marion illinois, is exactly what I was hoping to get 12 years later. Without a doubt the best chicken tenders on the market. They literally do one thing and they do it incredibly well. They absolutely know what their focus is. I have never had a bad experience of any kind at any Raising Cane's location. The one in Marion has been open for a week and a half, and I've already been there five times. If you're looking for simple deliciousness, look no further. And the Cane's dipping sauce, is second to none. Go ahead and try them, just prepare for...
Read moreFirst time at a Cane's. Was not impressed. Chicken was cooked, but the batter was not crispy and spots were even a little soggy. Told them we were eating in and made order to go. Sauce is nothing special as it tasted like thousand island salad dressing. Since they only serve chicken, it is not good for you either. Notbing but carbs. Will stick with Chick- fil-A. At least you can get a salad there and chicken is crispy. One last thing, only had 2 handicapped parking spots. Understand, trying to utilize small parking lot to maximum, but only one of the spots would work for...
