Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Marple Township

Avoid this location at all costs. An absolute joke of an establishment. I’m not one to set high expectations from fast food places but this place can’t even achieve the bare minimum of being friendly or accountable. I noticed a sign on the drive thru window saying they’re not longer allowing refunds and after my experience I’m sure it’s because they have more angry customers than happy. It’s beyond evident that there is no good management in place to structure the staff.

I wish I was exaggerating when I say my entire order was wrong. I let the girl at the window know which she had an I don’t care attitude about and almost insinuated it was my fault somehow. I asked if I had to pay one of the items she didn’t charge me for while they did the rest and she told me no and to pull around to the front door. As I’m waiting by the door I witness the (what I’m assuming was) the manager and the girl from the is now come out to yell at a man who was driving away. After waiting a long time the girl comes out to tell me I now need to come inside to pay for the missing item or they won’t make it. Throughout this entire ordeals not a single “sorry about that” or any kind of customer service. I got dirty looks for checking my bag. And I heard them mocking other customers while I was in the lobby. I’ve worked at a Taco Bell in the past and I’m shocked that their “management” allows this behavior. It felt like the place is run by unsupervised...

Absolutely the worst experience ever. We waited at the counter for 11 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. Instead we listened to the guy working the drive through complain and yell at his staff. There were several customers waiting for their food. Once we ordered our food it was another 10 minutes before we got it. The restaurant was not busy at this time, only the drive through so there was no reason why the wait was this long. Once we received our food the quality was horrible. Lettuce was wilted, taco shells were stale, chicken was just a ball of grease with no crunch at all. There were also no drinking straws available to guests and all the condiments were not filled.

While eating we sat basically in silence as we heard the staff bicker back and forth with each other. It was awkward needless to say. So much that at one point I stood up and turned around to see who the gentleman was talking too. It was completely an unprofessional atmosphere.

The dining room was also messy and tables were dirty. I had to wipe down our own table before sitting down to eat. There were chairs missing from the table and napkons, food, and puddles of spilled things all over the floor with no wet floor signs.

Complete chaos. Please someone go in and fix...

I went to KFC/Taco Bell last night after work for dinner. I request 2 piece original chicken with fries and a biscuit, 8 piece nuggets meal, and a #6 2 chicken chalupa meal , no lettuce 🥬 no tomatoes 🍅, extra chicken and the soft taco to be chicken instead of beef.

I received my order and checked it since it was through drive thru, I had a whole order missing. I drove back through drive thru and informed the of the missing order and the specific way I wanted it because I paid extra and they maid my order. I checked it and it had lettuce and tomatoes on it no extra chicken and the soft taco was beef 🤦🏾‍♀️. I drove back for the third time and informed them and it was made over. I got home and my daughter started eating it only to find the chicken was dry as if it was old and sat in the heating container for hours. It wasn’t even extra chicken on either one or sour cream or cheese. They didn’t give me a receipt 🧾 and the sticker on the window said no refunds. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had. I posted my comment last night and it was taken down. This has to stop. Service need...
