Literally every single time anyone in my family has gone to the Broomall, PA location of KFC, they have left items out of our order. Being that we live nowhere near it (and yes, it's the closest one) and, for the fifth time in the past 2 years, was not about to drive 5 miles just so they could have yet ANOTHER chance to get the order right, I called and asked them to send me a check or coupon for the amount of the sandwich, a request I didn't think was that ridiculous or outlandish.
The attitude I got from the Manager was unbelievable. After telling me she wouldn't do that (put it in the mail) and that I had to come to KFC to get a coupon NOT EVEN my money back (because I ever feel like giving them any more business... riiight), she hung up in my ear. This was after I called three times and let the phone ring 15 times each time before she finally answered on the third call. I called back and without even answering the phone she hung up in my ear. I called back again to get the name of her regional supervisor or someone that had a modicum of professionalism and this time she put the call through to the fax machine. Terrible, terrible service that amounts to theft as they take money and don't give customers the food for which I paid. Additionally, I asked for corn on the cob and they gave me a container of niblets without explaining why. And the biscuits in the bucket of chicken? All of them were flattened and half-crushed. Disgraceful.
The manager at this location should be fired. It's no wonder there is never anyone in the lot when I go there. Who would put up with this? I certainly never will, ever again. I'd give them no stars in this...
Read moreI got off of work to get dinner for me and my daughter and my order was incorrect. I drove back through drive thru to inform them that I was missing a whole meal 🍽️. When they gave me my missing meal (which was a #6 no lettuce 🥬 no tomatoes and extra chicken and a soft chicken taco that they charge you extra for the chicken chalupas had lettuce and tomatoes and my soft taco 🌮 was beef 🤦🏾♀️.
I went back and informed them and they made it over. I got home 🏡 and my daughter started eating it only to notice the chicken looked dark and dry and it wasn’t extra chicken at all.
They don’t even give you a receipt 🧾 but they have a sticker on the window they don’t give refunds. SMH. Don’t visit KFC/Taco Bell after 8:00pm.
P.S. Please change your drink dispensers it tastes like water when it’s suppose to be...

We were visiting family in the area and placed an order in the drive thru. We paid in cash and didn't check our order until we were home and ready for dinner (3-4 hours later). It was then we discovered we only had 1/2 of what we paid for. I called the store, spoke with Rosalyn and she apologized profusely and when I explained how far away we lived, she said to let her know the next time we were in the area and she would make it right.
