Edit: GM reached out and has made the situation aware to team. :) I wasn’t going to write a review but after seeing the other reviews, I feel it needs to be said as I worked in the food industry for half a decade and this could have been serious. Today I went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. I got a bottle of water and a $6 meal. The meal was perfect, however, I noticed once I pulled away, when I went to open the water bottle, it had already been open and did not “crack” like a sealed bottle. As I inspected closer, I realized there was food all over the rim of the bottle. The girl at the window had taken the bottle from somewhere below the register at the window, I figured maybe there was a refrigerator or something below the register for easy access to bottled drinks. However, when I went back around and told the girl, she said she would grab a new one and walked all the way to the other side of the store to grab a new bottle. I fear the bottle she gave me originally was an employees personal water that they had already taken a drink out of as the water level was slightly lower than the sealed one I received as a replacement. She said she was sorry about the situation and I do understand things happen but this was a little disturbing to me. I was very close to drinking out of a strangers opened, partially consumed drink. I just hope this hasn’t happened to any customers that didn’t end up...

As a part of the management team of a local restaurant I know how vital reviews are. I strongly dislike writing negative reviews as a result. However this morning I had an extremely unfortunate interaction with the young staff of this restaurant.
Our drinks were made incorrectly. That’s normally no issue. Carmel frozen coffee. Not the Carmel Craze. I was told you want it remade. Yes. It’s the same exactly she stated.… I said- well not exactly, the topping is cinnamon and my daughter has a strong preference to avoid that spice.
The attitude that was given to me after that was so abominable. She tossed the drink back at us and said keep it… sneered and started complaining to the rest of the staff who then proceeded to give us rude glances. Asked to pull around to the front. Thanked her when she delivered the new beverage and she just walked away.
Customer service is the beating heart of a businesses success. A happy guests the only desirable out come.
I’ve been purchasing beverages from this establishment since the day they opened. No longer. Starbucks might be a bit more expensive… but at least the employees are pleasant and accommodating.
If your are a manager reading this you need to have a meeting. Your young ladies are driving your guest to other haunts with their utter lack of communication...
Read moreI always put in a mobile order ahead of time, always order less or no ice, and most of the time I pay the extra dollar for cold foam on top. I've had to remind them 4 or 5 times that I ordered cold foam. I paid a whole dollar for that. This last time though really irritated me. I ordered my drink with cold foam and less ice, had to ask for the foam. NBD until I watched her pour out a quarter of my drink, add MORE ice, and then the cold foam. So she came back with a cup full of ice with the foam. I ordered less ice, I really only want like a small scoop. I hate being difficult and felt awful being the difficult one to have them remake my drink, but come on, read the mobile orders and make them correctly. This has happened so many times now. They just dump your drink out when they forget foam and if they dump out too much they just.. add more ice so you ultimately get less of the already overpriced drink that your paying for. No thank you, that's why I order with light ice. I don't want to pay...
