The pizzas are good, taste good, good size etc. The problem is the advertising. If you advertise a product, the date the ad or offer expires should be printed on the ad. "At participating locations for a limited time" is not sufficient esp. when other coupons on the ad are good for another 3-4 weeks. You order the item only to find out that they are charging more. It use to be called bait and switch which I believe is illegal. The sales person then tells you that they are no longer "participating location". If the name and address of the franchise is printed on the flyer, they should be a "participating location". The manner in which this is handled is extremely poor. Read moreI was admittedly pretty skeptical of an uncooked pizza sold at a price typically reserved for their piping-hot, ready-to-eat brethren. I was surprised how floppy and inconvenient to transport home I found the pizza to be, and I was extremely glad we called our order in, since even then it took over half an hour for it to be prepared. Upon arriving home the cooking process was smooth and it did cook up nicely, if a bit slowly, in our standard oven.
