Arbys is probably my favorite fast food restaurant. Employees are friendly, food is good (in my opinion, better than other fast food places) and facility is clean.
I posted the review above 3 years ago (2022). At that time it was quite true, but unfortunately things have changed. It is now March, 2025. The last 2 times I have been to this Arbys, my order was wrong. The first time, the manager did her best to make up for it by giving me 2 of the sandwiches I did not receive the first time (one comped), which was very nice of her (or so I thought). We gladly ate the sandwiches, and both made us sick. As I was eating mine, I hesitated, pealed off the top, and found many small pieces of roast beef, about 1cm each, stuck to the underside of the bun. My only thought was that they were scrapings or remnants of whatever was used to prepare the meat. Needless to say, I did not finish the sandwich, but what I did eat was enough to cause stomach issues. This most recent time I ordered 2 French dip sandwiches, and did not think to check the order before heading home. After a 15+ minute drive to get home, I realized they did not give me au jous (leaving out the dip part of the French dip). I called to tell them, returned to the location in Cranberry, they apologized, and gladly gave me the au jous. I asked to speak with the manager (who seems nice, and I feel has good intentions) to voice my concern, but she was unavailable. If a mistake was made once, and corrected (properly), that's one thing. What I found in my sandwich the first time was, I'm sure, unknown to the manager. I should have saved it and showed her. I'm not sure what changed to cause tge quality of this location to drop, but it went from my favorite fast food to one I now avoid. If my kids ever got a sandwich that made them sick, I would be very upset. As it is, I just know not to return. I'm sorry to leave a bad review, really. As I said, the manager seems nice and has good intentions. I just hope that the location fixes whatever issue they are having before they lose too many...
Read moreDrive thru service was HORRIBLE. We sat at the speaker the first time for about a full minute with no acknowledgement. We drove around the building considering they might be closed because they had no signs lit. There were, though, at least 3, maybe 4 people behind the counter, so we went back to the speaker were I insisted on sitting until I got acknowledgement which took about a minute and a half. Ordering was complicated because the menu board lights were not on. We first ordered pizza sliders. The reply was a very kurt, "We don't do those anymore." So we just ordered curly fries, a turnover, a chocolate shake, and a large sweet tea. When we got to the window the young lady cashing us out was very polite and professional. The guy expediting our order, on the other hand, was anything but. He handed her the "large chocolate shake" that was empty at the top 1½ inches of cup. There was no whipped cream or chocolate drizzle. I questioned this to the young lady who, in turn, questioned the guy as to why these ingredients were missing. He simply ignored her. She handed us the rest of the order. I then confirmed that this guy was the manager of this shift and we drove away. The tea was ok at best. The curly fries tasted like they had sat for a while and then someone put them back into the hot grease to warm them up. (An Arby's "no-no" having been a team trainer with the chain in the past.) The chocolate shake...I don't know how to begin. It was gritty and had this sort of artificial chemical chocolate flavor to it. Not at all the quality of food OR service that I would expect from any ARG unit...hands down the WORST experience from an Arby's and in my top 5 from ANY fast food joint. I was most...
Read moreEverything was, of course, delicious and hot. Well maybe the fries were sitting there a bit too long... But still edible. I took a star away for lack of ingenuity on those poor choices for a slider. They all come on this delicious bun with a wedge of some white cheese that's always off to the side. The turkey was, IMHO, very similar to what I get at the deli and the slider was dry. Same for the chicken tender with wedge on half, dry slider... the roast beef was at least a bit generous with the juices. Even Arby's sauce was fighting a loosing battle with these things. Some veggies maybe? Tomato? Onion? PICKLE! Something to bring moisture to the game. That pizza slider you guys had a little while back was good. Showed thinking outside the box. That was a good direction to go... But no. Somebody that makes 20 times what I do comes up with these boring (yet tasty. I won't deny they didn't offend with the flavor and the buns were perfect) little things when so much more is possible. I'll toss three right now.... Bring back the pizza slider, RUEBEN slider anyone? And do a roast beef and bacon (just half a stick) with pickle and a good sauce... Then the roast beef with a deluxe (veggies) option... Then go for broke and get over yourselves and find a way to make a burger slider that doesn't offend the Arby's overlords... So that's a few more than three... The possibilities are endless to me.... Imagine the options if you slow roasted some pork for pulling and delivered that slam dunk flavor you guys love. And yes that should also be a slider... Heck make an AuJu...
