Legit dimsum in Martinez! Anywhere that serves good chicken feet, black bean spareribs, and siu mai gets my stamp of approval.

It was open on Christmas too which was awesome. I came here with my neighbors and decided this should be a Xmas tradition of ours. The dimsum menu is limited but there are enough classic dished to really enjoy the experience. The rest of the menu is composed of Chinese dishes you would get at a traditional restaurant. We wanted to order the peking duck but they ran out by 3pm which was a bummer.

If you love spicy ask for the chili house and hot mustard. I can't eat my dimsum without my spices and they do it right here.

Chow mein is one of my favorite foods ever, and I try it everywhere and this place has the best chow mein I've ever had!! It has a deep and rich wok hei(smokey) flavor that makes hot fried noodles so good! A lot of places are severely lacking the real wok fry flavor, this place nails it. I like all the ingredients in their House Special chow mein. The noodle thickness is also solid.

BBQ pork buns are solid. Kung Pao chicken is great. The Mongolian beef is really good but if you want it more spicy definitely ask for more Szechuan peppers. The garlic green beans are very good, perfectly cooked. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the pork ribs in bean sauce. But I plan to try a lot...

Having tried several other places in the hopes for more dim sum variety, Aberdeen keeps winning. Their lotus wraps and bao are really the best. Their mango jelly is just right. Food has been consistently good. Their sweet and sour pork the best--- the meat is never weird petrified bits, and the flavor spot on. The staff is always kind. They also have decent green tea on hand, iced (I will never forget the place in Vallejo that served me Lipton in a tea pot :( not what I had in mind). I am very fond...
