Had a scheduled delivery order and they brought it 12 hours early and basically tried to make it my fault even though I had a confirmation email, and offered to show it to them. The manager tells me I should of checked the tracking and called when it was being made. There was no tracking given, or notification, and again at 12 hours early why would I be checking for that. If the driver hadn't sent a text to my sister who works the night shift so she didn't even see it until she woke up, I would not have even known. Asked for them to correct the issue by sending a new order at the correct time. There's nothing we can do was the response. Your the managers there's plenty you could do. The manager, and the GM are both rude. They are dismissive, and talk to you like they think your incompetent. Everything they said was "nothing could be done" multiple times and the manger would just quickly hang up the phone on you. They tried to offer me 20% and then 50% to place my order again. I'm not paying twice for an order they screwed up in the first place. Then to be condescending they tell me "oh bring the pizzas back and we'll refund you". Who knows who they even brought the pizzas to as it was at a hospital and we weren't even in the building. The instructions specifically say hand it to me. I'm sure the driver just handed it off the the first person he saw. If you can't get a hold of the person or find them I would think you'd take it back as undeliverable. They didn't care, it was already paid for so no loss to them. The managers lack respect, they are rude, dismissive, and patronizing. They were even rude to the customer care department saying they were "annoyed and frustrated with the whole situation". As am I. I will never use them for an event again, and greatful I never have to visit that restaurant. All they had to do was acknowledge the mistake and correct it. Read moreI am not a person who ever writes reviews in general, however they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a a couple pizzas last night that never got delivered to my house. The order status kept getting delayed which I really wasn't even that bothered by to be honest- I understand things happen, people get busy, ect. I tried calling the store numerous times (9 times to be exact) to check the status as my tracker was no longer working and never received a response. After about 2 1/2 hours my tracker finally worked again and said the pizzas had been delivered - but in reality they had not. I continued to call, but I still couldn't get through to any representative. So all of this was obviously very frustrating, but not the end of the world. This morning I tried calling to just get a refund for my order since I never received it and the manager insisted that I was lying to her because according to the driver, he handed the order to a "man". Which clearly was not me- given I am a female. She did say she would refund my card, but "this time only" (still insisting that I was lying) then proceeded to hang up on me before the call was over, which is really what gets me the most. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would! Unfortunately my child and I got sick after eating 2 days ago! My son has food poisoning because he didn’t realize the slice of pizza he had was half cooked. I called where I asked to speak to a manager the lady was really snobby, rude and nasty and said “so what I suggest you go to the hospital, not our problem” I then asked for the GM or corporate number she says there’s no corporate number and I am the GM. I then asked for her name and she hung up on me. I called back and the other young lady played along and said she’s the Gm and I can not give you her name I will be fired. I knew there were lying. I called another location to get in touch with the area manager to find out they were supposed to tell me their names it’s policy and the little girl who was so rude name is Kat and she is indeed not the GM. I was told they recently hired a new GM named “J” to clean the store up because as you can see food horrible, workers even worse! I finally talked to “J” she fixed the problem but I still think Kat and the other lady deserves disciplinary action for the way they represented a company that pays their bills. I will call corporate until Kat loses her job or receives disciplinary action because I am a very loyal customer and the way I was treated and talked to was very unprofessional and unacceptable.
