I recently had the misfortune of ordering from America's Best Wings Rosedale, and I must say, it was an experience I'll never forget - for all the wrong reasons. From the moment I placed my order, I knew something was off. The customer service was abysmal, with a completely uninterested and unfriendly representative who seemed to be doing me a favor by taking my order.

But, I thought to myself, maybe the wings will make up for the poor service. Oh, how I was wrong. I specifically requested well-done wings, but what I received was an absolute disaster. The "wings" were nothing short of inedible, with a coating of what can only be described as dust. Biting into them was a joke - there was no meat to chew, just a dry, flavorless shell that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

But, I thought, maybe it was just a one-time mistake? Unfortunately, no. As I looked around, I noticed a roach scurrying across the counter, and a mouse scurrying across the floor. I couldn't believe my eyes. How can a restaurant that claims to serve "the best wings in town" have such a blatant disregard for cleanliness and hygiene?

To top it all off, the manager was completely unresponsive and unapologetic when I brought these issues to their attention. It's clear that they have no interest in providing quality service or food to their customers.

If you value your health and your taste buds, stay far, unhygienic, roaches here and there, and stay far away from America's Best Wings Rose dale. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for your wing fix -...

My catfish sub sandwich was AMAZING. They listen to your request and make your meal accordingly. The bread was soft & fresh. My fries was perfect. All of my food was hot and delicious. I visited America's best wings twice in one week. The first visit I ordered 5 honey garlic wings with my fish sub the sauce used for the honey garlic is not real honey it more like syrup, this was disappointing. When America's Best Wings initially opened the honey garlic wings were awesome you could taste the real honey. However, over the years and under new management some ingredients have changed. The honey is not honey and its very disappointing I mean they're known for having "best wings" it saddens me to know that is no longer true. My only solution is to not purchase wings because honey garlic are my favorite/preference. Honestly if I could give it a zero I WOULD! We had an issue with the food we ordered through Uber eats and the Golden ring location has TERRIBLE customer service! My husband called and said the sub we got was horrendously small and honestly it looked like someone squished it in their hands and it was smaller than the box it came in. The manager said they don’t deliver. They do through Uber and he said it’s Uber’s fault. The sub came from their shop. THEY MAKE THE FOOD AND UBER DELIVERS IT. The box was in Perfect condition. It is not that hard to comprehend that they messed up. The manager was rude and refused to give his name. When asked he said “Name?” Like he didn’t understand. Spoke pretty good English to other customers and came back acting like he didn’t speak any. He hung up on myself and my husband several times. Gave up trying to get his name but will no longer getting food there EVER again. I would hope anyone reading this does take caution...
