I wish there was an option for Zero stars. I am not one to write a review or complain, but my experience at this gem of a place is worth sharing so others can avoid at all cost. I got an Applebee's gift card for Christmas and decided to take my girlfriend out for a relaxing Sunday lunch. We were seated and waited about 10 minutes before anyone even came to great us at our table. When our server finally came, we put our drink orders in (a lime-ade, mango Ice tea and 2 waters). 8 minutes later we received the ice tea and lime-ade however no waters. So we kindly reminded the server about the two waters and continued to order our meals. 10 minutes later a food runner brought out our appetizer and a few minutes later our server stopped by our table again waterless, so we asked a 3rd time for some water. After reminding him he then went over to take the order or a rather large party before simply just getting us our water. So I finally got up and had to go to the bar for the waters. I am not trying to make a big deal of the waters but we were with a 1 year old and didn't want to give him our sugary drinks.
There were no plates for our shared appetizer and only one pair of silver ware. The service here just plainly is horrendous. At first I liked the ideas of the little computers on the table as I makes it easy to pay, however I think they are a bad idea because they create a culture of laziness with the service. Our relaxing lunch was ruined and my girlfriend was upset enough to ask for a manager. Now I see why the service is horrible, its a reflection of the management. The manager's job is to help solve a problem a customer is having and try to make sure they return to their establishment. He did absolutely nothing and when my g/f shared she was close to crying b/c her time was so awful he said "you are going to cry over water?" Who the hell says that to a paying customer? First & foremost, I would like to say I've been a customer for over 25 years. I am very hurt and upset, for the Unprofessional Service my Mom & I suffered today. The ONLY attentive person working today, was the host who has ALWAYS been pleasant.
The waitress "Angel" disappeared for 20 minutes dealing with something personal. When they finally locate her from outside on her phone, she comes to the table with our food, no apology & never even washed her hands. The two white "so-called" Managers didn't step in or care to rush to anyone, unless they were White. This is Absolutely Disgusting & I know plenty of Managers that have been with the Rose Group for many years. These people know how to treat ALL people well and with fairness, not judged by the color of their skin.
I will definitely tell Everyone about this terrible experience & the place has really gone downhill. There are bugs fying around, the silverware was dirty and it smells nasty. Instead of the Trashy managers sitting around gossiping, they need more training or to work elsewhere. This is nothing new! There usually all in a man's face or attempting to boss a black person around. Send a decoy in one day who's black & you will find out the truth.

The waitress apologized about her having 4 tables and said the kitchen was having problems. They asked to talked to the manager which never showed up and left without paying their bill. We should have walked out that instance but I was hungry and didn't. I asked the waitress for lemon 3 times, extra wing sauce 2 times and she never came. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes she tells us that our food was given to another table and she is trying for the kitchen to make our food right away. 1 hour and 40 minutes later another person shows up with 2 plates and my food never came out. I asked her to speak with the manager and once again she complaint about having 4 tables and the problems in the kitchen. I told her that the issues were not only from the kitchen, that I had asked her for simple items and she never came 10 minutes later she says that the manager is resolving other issues and that it would be another 15 minutes to him to come. We asked for the check and finally the manager came over. He in turned said that had NO clue that this was happening and he would be back. Another 10 minutes later he never came back, not one apology, no one. We paid our bill with $0 tip and left. Horrible,...
